Came here this afternoon, we walked in and were never greeted by the 4-5 workers standing around just talking to each other. We waited by the baskin Robbin’s register to place our order and the workers just ignored us and kept talking amongst them selves. They all looked at us but not one of them ever came to take our order. We stood there waiting for a good 10 mins and we still were never acknowledged. Tried to flag a worker down but she ran outside to move her car??? We never got helped, no one ever talked to us at all. It was such a weird experience and poor service. We ended up leaving empty handed. Do better

It sucks because I love Dunkin and this is the only one I ever come near, but everytime I order the bacon here, it says in the app it should come with 8 pieces but I most the time only get three. They are always out of SOMETHING and the customer service is just terrible most the time.

I visited this location on the morning of 2/2/26 I waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes no answer drove around to the window just to see two employees at the counter just holding a conversation when there was a line in drive thru upper management needs to be held accountable for this also its take forever to get your order

They dropped my donuts on the floor and tried putting them back in the box to give to me. They have tried giving us the wrong drinks and food and have an attitude when I said it was wrong. I don’t know what is going on here but the food and service is horrible this past year. I used to love getting donuts and coffee here every Saturday morning. Especially now the prices have gone up we will never come back.

Does this look like the sweet bacon strips! All rolled into a mushy ball… this is exactly why I never go to dunkin.. every time I go there, they fail me. If I get sick from half cook bacon, i’m gonna sue somebody.

The past few visits have been good. I have had very good service. The donuts are fresh and the coffee is good. They are very good with special orders. The app also makes it easy to order ahead and pay by mobile or at the drive thru. The servers are very friendly.

Most people go through the drive through, as did I. I decided to go in and there were bugS (with a capital S) crawling/flying over the donuts. When I spoke to the manager on duty, her expression was like, and. So needless to say I wasn’t speeding my money on bug infested food! I have pictures to share with the health department. The black dots are bugs!

You guys are doing it right! My husband is a big fan if your bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, I love the avocado toast, and Kronos the Mitey highly approves the pup cup!
