Food came out in decent time and tasted great, Kailey even took the time to come fill our drinks during our visit! Will come again!

Horrible! So we ordered a spud max but they are out of butter! When we said we will just have our money back, she asked the other employee if the food had been made yet, (we had not gotten it yet) unfortunately I don’t care! I personally am not eating a potato with no butter… it was 830pm when this was ordered they close at 9 so they packaged the food to go, which is rude! Then we ordered a large honey bbq nacho for 11.00 picture included, 4 pieces of pork, some chips, and jalepenos, thank goodness we opened them at the restaurant because they forgot the nacho cheese, when we said where is the queso Makayla looked over our shoulder at the table and said you didn’t get queso? Like we were lying or something! Then rolled her eyes no apology…just Ill get that… just crazy for a 50.00 meal…

My husband begs to make the trip here at least a few times a year (an hour and a half away from us). It’s been several months and the menu has been changed up a bit. My husband’s favorite dish has always been the muffleta but unfortunately it wasn’t on the menu any longer. We ordered loaded spuds, salads, and nachos. They were all delicious! It took a while to get through the line but it was noon on a Sunday so it’s to be expected. It really only took about 10 min with a line of about 15 people, not too bad.
I wish they still had the coconut brownie on the menu but I thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate brownie and the cookie in its place.
You must try the fruit drinks too!! So good!!!

Went in to see my friend and grab some food. Lady who took my order was polite and straight to the point. Everything was fine until my sandwich was put in the window. My friend began talking to me but the lady asked him for something and he didn’t hear her I guess because she felt the need to say “or not” with attitude terrible work environment very childish behavior.

Giving two stars rather than one because the employees and food at this location are usually great. Easily five stars if you can stop doing this sort of thing. More cob than salad

I love McAlister’s so much! I will say their lunch crowd wasn’t as huge as the others we’ve been to but I couldn’t figure out why! Their food was delicious as always, smiles for days, kind friendly staff and as always had the best sweet tea around!

I order a sandwich they sent me one with the bread that was burnt, when I said I wouldn’t eat burnt bread they took it back brought me back one that was barely toasted which ate half my sandwich I took the other sandwich home, when I went to warn my sandwich up what they did was scrape the burn side off turned it over give me back my half burn sandwich. Burn bread tasted better the price of eating out is very high and if you like burnt sandwiches than guess you will like their food if not don’t eat there

My husband and I went to a location in St. Charles a few weeks ago that was off the charts 5 star good. First time visiting this location and was disappointed. While waiting for our food a lady returned her bowl of mac & cheese because it was cold. We got our food to go and went across the street at Bass Pro Shop to park and eat. What a disappointment it was when I went to eat my Potato soup and it was barely room temperature and not nearly as creamy as the one from weeks back at the other location. The Italian sandwich was good, but the soup was not and I had so looked forward to it. Ill wait to visit another location and hopefully have hot creamy soup.

I travel for work and eat at McAlisters…a lot. This is one of the worst ones I’ve been to. Today I ordered and when my meal was brought out the croissant was burned. I asked if I could get one that wasn’t burnt. They removed my sandwich and then returned with the exact same sandwich with an extra burned croissant on the plate. Telling me this is the only bread they could get me. So much for a good dinner before work
