I ordered the number 13 Italian sub to go when I got home I ate one quarter of it and said that my girlfriend I think there’s something wrong with the stuff it doesn’t taste like an Italian before I ate the second half she told me let me see what kind of meats they got on it there was no capicola or prosciutto so it’s basically a ham sub I finished the sub because I was hungry cuz I took it home it was to go after I finished I called up the store and said hey you all screwed up my order they offered me 50% off on my next sub and I said no that’s not going to work for me I would like another sub free sub I just ate a sub I didn’t want and he told me you need to bring the sub back and I said what am I supposed to come back and regurgitate it on your counter I was hungry I just want another sub to replace the one that I didn’t want and they laughed at me so I wrote a note to customer service that I wanted them to either email me or talk to me and I didn’t even hear anything back from the customer service you talk about a franchise I think there’s better than everybody if you go to Jersey Mike’s ever that’s a big mistake

I wanted to visit Jersey Mike’s for giving day today. After I read the reviews I was a bit reluctant to go. However I was pleased as everything was great. I was greeted and when I asked for a veggie I was asked if I was vegan or vegetarian. The gentleman explained that they didn’t want any cross contamination. Very pleased with food and service. I took mine to go.

1/8/25 – I ordered the large Italian. It tasted good for the first couple of bites until a long hair came stringing out of the sandwich and in my mouth. I know its probably something that isnt 100% avoidable and it wont kill me. Still, it makes me gag. I Can’t eat the rest of it now. Waste of over 20 dollars after tax and tip.×
