Yesterday I ordered a 10 piece Mixed Chicken. On the website flyer it stated it came with fries and coleslaw. Upon getting to the restaurant and retrieving my order I asked for mild sauce and if there were fries and in the bag. The Gentleman behind the counter stated its in the bag under the paper. So, there was no mild sauce and no fries. It’s beginning to become a constant cycle with J and J. You ask for sauce, they give you too little and no having any at all. The weather is cold and people don’t want to come back out after asking for something that your paying for anyway.
Ricketts has great fish and will give you sauce
Mikkey’s Retro grill has larger wings and great service. I think I’m done with J and J, it’s becoming too much of a disappointment when I go. Service and food quality “WAS” great now its just not worth the disappointment

The cook is aggressive and very hostile. He doesn’t follow directions very well. She’s extremely rude and when they make a mistake, they pissed off so whatever you going to order they’re gonna give you whatever they want to give you and if you don’t take it, you’re gonna catch the wrath of their attitude. I suggest nobody go to this disgusting restaurant. The attitude is terrible. The food is subpar. The neighborhood is dangerous and the prices are not cheap. Don’t go don’t go.

This location recently came up on the Too Good to Go app which I frequent and have never had this issue with any other restaurant or store. When I arrived the woman at the front immediately said we don’t do that. I showed her my confirmation and that I paid and she said others have come but they do not know how they are on the app. It would not have been so bad if she was not rude and defensive but her attitude made the fact that I paid , drove to this location and now have to be refunded that much worse. Supposedly the owner’s name is Amir. If he knows this is an issue then he needs to address with Too Good to Go immediately.

The lettuce on my sandwich was withered ( old) and the sandwich was salty. The chicken tenders were fried too hard to eat. When the cook (tall heavy set guy) was advised about the condition of the food he was disrespectful and condescending. He did refund my money but only after a loud exchange of me insisting on a refund.

First off the running a Bogo on Uber eats. Only received 1 order. Not tell me how is this enough meat for two gyros makes it make sense. Like a gyro platter should have more. I will never order from here again.
