Worst franchise ever… Ordered online for pickup and when I got home the pizza was totally incorrect, cowboy doesn’t have onions. I called the store and their solution was for me to drive the pizza back to the store so they could see the mistake. I said I wasn’t doing that so he said he could give me 50% off the next order. NO THANKS. My solution, never go here again.

The family was excited to eat the Mediterranean pizza tonight. We ended up moving the toppings to one side for the kids. The tomatoes didn’t taste right, like they were a bad batch or something? Kind of disappointed. Also the last time we had normal crust and forgot to ask for it again this time. The employee didn’t ask what crust we wanted and we ended up with the thin crust, which we didn’t like either. Oh well. At least we don’t have Covid. So we’re grateful for the big things.

It seems that every single time I come here, my order is incorrect. After sitting on I 15 for 57 minutes I did not have the energy to argue with the woman, but I knew that she gave me a thin crust. Then I went back on the website and looked and original was an option. I absolutely despise thin crust, and I would never have ordered it. I have never been to a place where almost every single time I’ve ordered, it’s been wrong. Apparently quality control doesn’t exist at this place. So aggravated, and it is to the point that I am willing to drive out of my way to try somewhere else. Maybe they can do better. Also, y’all’s hours are way too early for closing. Disappointed across the board. The only thing that is good is the ingredients, but other Papa Murphys offer those same ingredients.

Normally this is my go to location, I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza with extra black olives added, came home to realize I got an olive pizza with 0 pepperoni. Of course I cooked it because my kids were hungry and it’s nearing 7 o clock, I called to let them know and they told me because we’ve eaten some of it they can’t do anything. Not even a single “ I’m sorry”, I get it gets busy but I paid $14 for a medium pizza with olives on it. Compassion is all it takes to make someone feel better or yet an apology for their mistake. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if they weren’t so rude about the approach, but I didn’t feel they corrected their mistake, and their illiteracy costed me money. So whatever my two year old didn’t want to eat went in the trash.

We had the Thai Pizza the other night. I love this pizza. I ordered it over the phone and picked it up after work. My only complaint is I wish there was more zucchini on it. We also did a cheesy bread for our get together that night. Both were delicious. I love that I can bake the pizza/bread when I want-so convenient.
