Love it! The new owner is amazing! I’m celiac and they do an amazing job at making specials rolls that I can also enjoy. Their menu is clear and states when a roll has the option to be gluten free. Which takes the stress out of it for me. The food is beautiful and I loved watching her run around waiting on customers!

My favorite sushi place in Longmont, after trying several others. Have now been here 5 times, getting a mix of old and new things each time, and have had no misses.
Size can be a little inconsistent (dine in seems a little bigger than take out). Plating is also prettier for dine in. But texture and taste is always great. Staff is always attentive and friendly.
I have not ordered noodles or ramen, but the sushi rolls, sashimi, and sushi have all been great so far.

I was craving sushi and we ordered pick-up from Sushi Leo. I’ve never eaten here before but had heard it was good so I didn’t think I would be so disappointed. The sushi was decent, but not great. Eel rolls are usually a safe bet at any sushi place, but this one was not good. The chicken yakitori was *very* dry. The bulgogi was $15. The serving was so small it was insulting, and it didn’t even come with rice. I took a photo of it with my hand for reference. For 3 rolls, yakitori and bulgogi it was $70, plus tax and tip, so $90 total. I feel like I wasted my money and won’t be going back.

I thought I’d pop in for lunch to try out the restaurant under new ownership. Surprisingly I was the only person in there at 11 am. It was really good. The lunch sushi roll special gives you alot for the money. With the soup salad and two sides I have more than enough for dinner. I’ll definitely be back.

Recently, new management took over this establishment and renamed it Fuku Sushi, and we were not disappointed.
My wife and I started with the shrimp siu mai and then ordered the Vegas Roll, which she usually chooses whenever we visit a sushi restaurant. She said it was the best she has ever had.
I got the Chasu Ramen, and the Chasu pork was incredibly tender—litterally melted in my mouth.
The environment was clean and cozy. Keep up the great work, Fuku! We will definitely be returning soon!

Fuku Sushi was amazing! Super friendly staff the menu listed allergens which made it really easy to see what was safe to eat, which I appreciated. The rolls were fresh and delicious, but pricey. I’ll definitely be back!

We were sad to discover some changes in the quality and taste of the food that we use to enjoy once in this once our most favorite Japanese restaurant in longmont. I don’t know how my husband and I can bring ourselves back from today. Don’t get me wrong the food was edible and well plated, but lacking the special high quality taste and flavor it once had.

Came in late, but felt welcomed and warm greeting from the staff. Amazing service and extremely friendly! Got great suggestions and ordered a sashimi sampler and 2 fifferent tuna rolls (a firecracker roll, and a super crazy roll). Tuna rolls were great and the sampler was delicious. I’d highly recommend this place and will be coming back. Great food, service, and vibes.

Got married today!
One thing we really wanted was a good sushi place to go and celebrate with.
The wait was a bit long because of the table ahead of us but the staff and the food did not disappoint.
The food was amazingly satisfying and they even treated us to a special treat when learning we had just gotten married.
We’ve decided we’ll be coming back for our anniversary and, honestly, whenever we can manage to between now and then.
