I ordered a family order at the drive thru got no gravy after telling them that had happened to me before. Now it happened again. Got there and went inside and they seemed bothered that asked. So got home and the gravy was pretty much water and the chicken had no flavor. Last time I go. The rolls were hard and over done.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They advertise that they close at 9pm, but we arrived before 8:30pm and were told they were already closed. When I mentioned their online hours showed differently, the worker responded, “We closed early and already threw the food away.”

Had the mixture of gizzards and liver. 12 PC which first looked like 7pc by how DRY and crumby it looked. Then asking the manager a few questions he said it was no big deal. Being hungry ready to eat no big deal and still had to wait more time I asked for the refund for my plate to just charge me the dry fries and the no flavor Mac and cheese and he kept commenting on how it was no big deal I know my remarks weren’t making it better but by then I was so annoyed. Never going back

Employees here are extremely rude for absolutely no reason at all, they act as if taking your order is a HUGE inconvenience, when asked why she over charged me says, oh yeah its tuesday you should have pointed that out when orderng!! With serious attitude. Excuse me you as an adult don’t know the day of the week that’s not a me problem. A Lil manners and politeness go along way especially when you walk away gripping no one ever tips you, THERES PROBABLY A REASON DEBBIE DOWNER.
