Had questions about the $15 app meals, told me they didn’t have but had similar deal, but without drinks. I asked why I couldn’t get the app said I had to order online so I was asking if I could just order it there online then and clerk cut me off and said she needed to go ahead and wait on the people behind us, and wouldn’t let me finish! So we left! This isn’t the first unpleasant experience there!

Ordered on line, when I got there, the waitress told me that they didn’t have the sauce I requested for my saucy nuggets. When I got home, the order was incomplete and the fries we ordered was not in the order. The ticket that was with the order said it had been double checked for accuracy. What a joke! Not a happy camper with KFC right now.

I do want to express. I went to KFC today 07-02-2025 at 7:15 PM and the cashier named Victoria had waited on me. She was so amazing very helpful and has the biggest heart of kindness out of anyone I have met at KFC. She was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to smile and be very cheerful and met every need that I had. Thank You so much Victoria you are amazing. Keep up the great work.
