Nice place to grab a bite, drink, or both. I also understand they are one of the few restaurants to stay open year round.
We popped in for a late lunch. We ordered the truffle fries 4.5/5, seared cod tacos 3/5, and fish and chips 4.5/5.
The service is good. The atmosphere is modern pub.

Many a fresh oyster was gobbled up by me during their happy hour buck a shuck! We also tried the tuna poke nachos for half of their original price. It was all divine, and the service was impeccable! Our waiter was a blast!

We were a party of 7. Meg our server was so friendly and knowledgeable, she patiently answered all our questions. Food was absolutely phenomenal, to look at and of course to eat. We ate a variety of different dishes with each being mouth watering. Portion sizes were larg enough that we all had leftovers.
Atmosphere was good however not handicapped accessible in the least. Not only does one have to go up steps to enter the establishment, one has to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the dining area. It’s a pity a physically challenged person might miss out on the delights of the restaurant. I’m handicapped myself and could barely manage so felt it important to mention.

The good: The atmosphere is nice, servers were friendly and attentive, and those at the table who ordered seafood were reasonably happy with their meals.
The bad: I hate to leave a poor review, but the non-seafood options were just awful. The pizza was a cracker (honest to god a 0/10 pizza), the salad was wildly overdressed, and the cheese dip that came with the cauliflower was borderline inedible.
I’m sure the seafood is a safe bet, but if anyone in your party is looking for non-seafood options I can’t recommend this place.

The sever from Brazil had amazing service during our lunch! I would definitely recommend that you try the lobster roll and fries. The perfect spot to try on our vacation!

Enjoyed the experience very much. Good service and a great atmosphere. I had the calamari and it was perfectly cooked and love the aioli sauce.

This place was so great we went twice on our visit to the Vineyard!! We had the same bartender both times. He was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and the bar area is lively. The first night they had the game on and boy do people in Boston take their sport serious! So much fun watching them cheer their team on!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Quick service.
Lobster roll was incredible- worth the money. Truffle Risotto Balls were very truffle-y, and the mashed potatoes that they were served on were cold. Prosciutto and Arugula pizza would have been better if it had shaved Parmesan on top to finish it off and a little crispier. Drinks were delicious- Aviation and Espresso Martini. Would recommend if you’re in town for a date night. I’d say it’s expensive, but what isn’t expensive these days. I would come back.

Cool little place in Edgartown. Almost have to look for it very low key entrance. The food was incredible. Warm lobster roll incredible, tons of meat and the perfect bread. My husband had the Guinness Short Rib. It was seriously delicious. Maybe get the crunchy onions on the side – he thought heavy handed with those but did not change our 5 star rating. Another real star was the French fries. Perfect cut and texture – don’t miss them. Great bar with fun cocktails. Almost didn’t stop here for one of the water front noisier places – so glad we did! Almost forgot prices ver reasonable especially for the drinks!

Our first night on the island, hubby and I stuck close by for dinner. Rockfish is where we ended up. Although it is a bit pricy for off season it was yummy. I started with clam chowder. It was not the best I ever had but it was good and thick like a chowder should be. Then hubby and I shared the braised short ribs. They came with kale and leek mashed potatoes. We also ordered a side of hand cut fries that were delicious and very hard to stop eating!!! The short ribs were great no knife needed! They feel apart and wee covered with a fantastic gravy. I was do stuffed when I left there I felt like I could barely walk. Our server was AWESOME so helpful and polite. We gave us all sorts of suggests and must see spots on the island!! Oh drinks! Honey had red wine I know big surprise if you follow me he has that almost every meal. And I tried a lavender lemonade which was on the menu and it was quite different but good. We for sure will be back before the week is up!
