Service: …
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and it will be my last.
I ordered the Asads 2 – 2x Sliders With Fries modified “hot” and upgraded to a combo with a soda. The chicken that I received was “plain”, not ‘’hot’’, and the Dr. Pepper was missing completely.
I also ordered a small side of cheese and a chocolate milkshake, both of which were missing upon receiving my order.
Between all of the missing items and the incorrectly made chicken, I won’t even try to order from here again. I’ll keep going to Dave’s Hot Chicken instead.
Second, the service was slower than expected. There were only about four orders ahead of me, yet it still took over 20 minutes to receive my food, which feels excessive.
Lastly, the pricing feels hard to justify given the quality. Charging an extra $1 for hot honey and $0.50 for additional sauce seems unreasonable, especially when a direct competitor like Sham’s Hot Chicken includes those additions at no extra cost.
Overall, I’ll likely continue going to other chicken spots that focus on making fresh, in-house food.
