Ordered pickup of two pizzas and a two sets of wings. The basil pesto drizzle pizza was missing the drizzle, the mushroom pizza had almost no sauce, cheese, or mushrooms (to the point that there were about two inches of crust). The pizza was only cut deeply enough to cut the cheese, so we had to tear the entire pizza apart. The lemon pepper wings had a layer of lemon pepper caked onto the bottom of the container and none on the wings. Went to look at the receipt to see if they even got the order right but it was covered in so much grease it was unreadable.
I read some of the most recent reviews on here and read that it was hard to get in touch with management at the store level and that they’re rude and hang up on customers when people do get through… So I thought maybe we could use the online chat to see if I could talk to someone! It says there are no reps are available at 7pm on a Wednesday.
What is going on with this place? I feel like I just got pranked. Which I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t spend $30+ dollars to do so.
Workers are over worked and probably underpaid. I saw this as I sit in a like or 4 other cars and cannot get ahold of the inside due to (what I later whiteness) is because there’s ONE kitchen worker and TWO drivers whom may I mention one is an older can. (I am mentioning this specifically because it is ridiculous that they didn’t just close the building for the night if they were only gonna have one kitchen worker and one more elderly man and bad weather be working.)
I used to work in food. I’ve worked for a pizza shop and I’ve worked for another fast chain.
Ask someone who has literally been that one worker or that driver in the past… CLOSE THE BUILDING IF YOU DONT HAVE THE STAFF. It’s absolutely ridiculous because I sent the food to the wrong damn address and I can’t even get them to send it to the right address or switch it to pick up because at that point I was like you know what I’ll just come pick it up- Well I can’t even get a hold of anybody because obviously no one can answer the phone when there’s only one person trying to make everybody’s food!!
And I say this review with absolutely nothing to do with the staff. They’re killing it tonight- Not that they even have a choice because it’s either swim or sink. Whoever is running the specific establishment should keep in mind that if they do not have enough staff it sucks to suck close shop.
You put the well-being of your workers as well as satisfaction of customers on the back burner while you just think about the financial gain of having a location open on a day popularly Celebrated (NYE).
Very thankful for the staff member that just gave me a refund and canceled my order due to the fact that over two hours later after my delivery was supposed to be there the food wasn’t even made yet/lost and I wasn’t trying to add another stressful thing to that guy’s name. I hope their night gets better, and speaking of better-
I’m just SOOOO perturbed yall let that happen. Treat your staff better in 2026!!
Again drunken sounding lady tells me my food was already out for delivery (the app said preparing) and I asked for a refund (over an hour now since it was estimated delivery) “well I’ll give it to you, and you can have the pizza free”.
Finally got my pizza (not even sliced) and cold.
Let’s do better and not have drunk people prepare food. Don’t even want to eat it…
Placed an order in online. I was there a minute before it was due to be ready/. It was cold and old. Pan crust was limp. Spotty on the cheese. Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever got from a Pizza Hut. It’s not fit for human consumption. Maybe the pizza maker should spend less time on her phone texting and making sure customers get what they are paying for and expecting: The woman who answered the phone could care less about the pizza. Said I could bring it back if nothing was missing: I had a small slice on way home that wasn’t hitting the spot! Tasted off and lukewarm. My bf had 1/4 of a slice and chucked it back into the box and said he wasn’t eating it. It’s looks old,it tasted old and it’s going to a homeless persons tummy. I won’t order from this location ever again. Horrible customer service and horrible pizza.A manager is suppose to diffuse a situation and make things right. She wanted a whole pizza probably to pass on to another poor customer. How do you know it’s a crappy pizza until you taste it,lady!? I had two restaurants in a busy tourist town and I know better! You need a new job. Management is not in your wheelhouse. Pizza pic may give impression that it was hot and fresh? It was NOT. Try lukewarm and cooked maybe a hour ago! Hard (room temp) minimal cheese and a limp pan crust. You could taste the OLD pizza flavor! It was fried, died and laid to the side as we say in the business. Never again
