I had to go check my receipt and look for a name for whoever prepared it but couldn’t find out who did but when I say it was a PERFECT PIE I mean it!!!

Who in their right mind would even close the lid on this and send it out the door. Probably because the driver/store was already extremely late. It almost looks like someone vomited in it. The one time I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered. What a shame.

I would rather have left a review in the app, but my order hasn’t been marked as picked up despite picking it up over an hour ago and it will not allow you to place a review until the order has been marked as picked up or delivered.
The app says to select carside delivery in the location description, so I did. After waiting for more than 10 minutes waiting for my order to be brought to my vehicle I decided to walk in to pick it up. When I walked in, the lady that was building pizzas glared at me angrily and wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. By the time I got home (approx. ½ mile and a 2 minute drive) it was lukewarm, so it had been out of the oven for quite some time by that point.
I ordered 2 pizzas well done and uncut. Both pizzas were cut and neither were well done. One of the pizzas was half toppings and they somehow managed to make it into ⅜ and ⅝ toppings. It amazes me that I asked for less effort to be given and it was still messed up. I don’t know if that simple request was ignored out of spite or just blatant incompetence.
I only recently moved to this neighborhood and have ordered from this location a handful of times. I have yet to receive any order correctly. The 2.5-star rating it currently carries is incredibly generous. Just when I thought the S. Grand location was as bad as it gets Soulard seems to say “hold my beer.”

If they get your order wrong (3/3 pizzas and missing items, really a $90 order and we got 2/7 things we ordered?), expect manager Ola to ask you 6 times what you ordered and what you actually recieved and not be able to differentiate between the two orders despite clear communication. Also don’t expect a refund, do expect some serious attitude. Have a sad night. Boo.

Do not even bother giving them your money! I called after waiting 1 hour 20 mins for my order to check on the status. I was perfectly polite on the phone, and I was met with disdain and an explanation that they only had one drive. She told me it would be an additional 20-30 mins so I accepted, and hung up the call. She called me back asking, “was you the one who called about delivery instructions?” I said, “I called to check on the status of my order, yes”, she then told me my delivery instructions—which were simply “take the stairs around back to get the the apartments since there’s no building entry” were too specific and the driver “ain’t gonna do all that for security reasons”. I just asked her to cancel the order, which is I think what her objective. Don’t even bother. I’m not even sure how this location is still in business as I’ve had many experiences like this one.

On 10/26/2025 We had to leave Creepy world event due to the rain the attractions were under water, and we were directed to come back later or transfer our tickets to the Darkness Haunted House. We arrived around 8:05pm and got back to my vehicle around 9:01pm. As we’re walking back to my car, I can see that it is on a tow truck. The guy from the J. Combs Towing company was very rude and aggressive, along with the lady that worked at the Dominos. I had parked on the side of the street that belonged to Dominos customers only. However, I along with four other participants did not see the sign. Not only do I have a double stigmatism in both of my eyes, but it was also dark, raining, and more importantly the sign for Dominos customer parking only. was obscured with a black spider web across the top, part of Halloween decor, it was low to the ground, with a bush or some type of greenery at the bottom. Basically, not clear and visible for the eye to see. Within that short hour, they had already removed two vehicles and had mine on the tow truck. I pleaded that I did not see the sign and was consistently antagonized by the lady Dominos worker. She came outside three separate times to antagonize me about parking there. Worst experience I’ve had with any individual. She kept implying that I wasn’t telling the truth about not seeing the song. The strange thing about this encounter, is that I had to pay the $400 charge, but the guy for J. Combs Towing company had me cash app a guy name Spencer who worked for Dominos as well. Instead of un-hooking my vehicle so that the children I had with me could get in the car and not continue to get rained on. He made me wait to un-hook my car after he was finish with uploading my receipt. Then left my car in the middle of the street, to where another customer made a comment about it. Endangering my daughter, my niece and her friend. On the receipt it states $200 for a boot fee, but the sign states $400 for a boot fee and that is what I was charged. These people in question are preying on people to make this mistake, to simply feed their pockets. I’m not from here and never go down there, so I wasn’t familiar with the area at all.

Surreal experience! The Dominoes app gladly took my money and said this order was placed. An hour later the app still says Raneisha is preparing my order so i give them a call. “We’re closed!” The man says. When i ask why the app took my order he says “iunno” and hangs up. All you can do is laugh i guess!

I asked for square cut pizza I got regular cut pizza. The estimator is a joke. My food wasn’t ready I waited an additional 20 minutes. The only thing that saved the day the pizza was good. They didn’t offer a drink . Make it right my foot that’s a joke !!! When they saw me turn around and come back in they knew they didn’t square cut my pizza all i got was oh sorry..

I ordered Pick Up at 6:30 PM, on 9/8/2025. Whoever was working this shift, did an excellent job with my pizza.
I haven’t ordered from the chains much recently because it feels like they either skimp on sauce and cheese (even when i select extra), but not this time. I had an extra sauce extra cheese pizza, extra pep pan pizza, and the amount of cheese, sauce, pep was perfect, the cook was perfect, so good i wish i could have teleported back to the store just to compliment and tip the the couple people in there for making an excellent quality pizza.
Instead this positive review will have to suffice.
