The coffee was wonderful, greeting was warm and welcoming. Three of them working and looked busy, whereas one is idle. What I couldn’t understand was I was kept waiting for about 5 minutes at ordering place until someone was added to the line behind me. I was not considered! Got my coffee and sat at one of the seats and watched how others were served. Almost all of them were served promptly! Then I had to ask myself “why only me?” Anyway am a long time customer and appreciate the company specially how you improved hot coffee brewing system! Instant fresh brewed coffee!

This place has progressively gotten worse over the last year that I have frequented this location and I keep going back trying to give another chance and of course proven why I stopped coming to this location every single time. Placed a mobile order should’ve been ready between 756-759 after 800 still wasnt ready. I wasn’t acknowledged when I came in. The woman working the uber orders kept looking at me but never acknowledged me, someone walks in after me she grabs her drinks and stands to the side of course shes waiting on a sandwich as well and the woman working the uber orders proceeds to ask what your waiting on and proceeds to try and help meanwhile I’ve been standing waiting on my sandwhich. The older light skin lady who runs the sandwhichs is entirely to slow and every time i go and she is running it its takes forever to get my order and it wasnt even busy there was no one in the store besides a couple in thr corner who already had their order. The girl working the expresso also kept looking at me but never acknowledged why I was still standing there. And then the young man I believe may be a manager normal will acknowledged me when im stil standing there more than five minutes didnt say anything and then proceeds to say im getting to take my break highly disappointed in this location

Happened to be in this area, decided to cone here for a drink. Good customer service. I wish they have more options on the drinks.

As a long-time customer of this location, I was disappointed with my recent visit. When I politely pointed out an incorrect order with my receipt as proof, the barista became hostile, raised his voice, and told me to leave the store, threatening to deny future service. This unprofessional behavior was shocking and made me feel unwelcome. After reporting the incident to Starbucks corporate, I returned to find the same employee still displaying hostile behavior toward multiple customers. Despite assurances the situation would be handled, the poor customer service continues. This location needs better management oversight.

I spend too much money on this kind of service! Cheese Danish hard as a rock. I also had to have my egg bites redone today. There was a chunk missing. The young lady was not very nice today.

It is somewhat a surprise that the denizens of Takoma Park, crunchy granola folks (endearingly so) allowed a Starbucks in their city limits!

Retail legend Starbucks’ location at 232 Carroll St NW, Washington, DC 20012 is a well managed outlet which provides a little more space for patrons than is perhaps usual. Enjoy the benefit of outdoor seatings when the weather suits, and otherwise enjoy the usual standard of parking, prices, choice, and WiFi.
