This is the worst Wendys in the area. Every employee acts like they’re miserable, literally none of them greet you with a smile, they all have an attitude. My order is almost never correct. I ordered two doubles today and got singles, they were out of baked potatoes by 3pm. Screen is also broken in drive-thru so you don’t even know if they got your order right to begin with.

Super disappointed in the customer service this morning. Came in for a good quick breakfast and it took over 20 minutes to get two biscuits and a thing of breakfast fries. And when they did bring it out it was missing a sandwich. The girl just said “ok” came in and did nothing. We had to go in to get our own food corrected. I understand it’s fast food but it could have been handled differently.

Me.And my husband stopped in to get lunch.We were not greeted, we were told if we wanted to order to use the kiosk , and the man went back to scrolling on his phone. The girl that got our food look like that was the last place she wanted to be.She looked disgusted to have to wait on people. We gotOur food my sandwich was wrong.I took it back up , the girl threw it on the counter , walked back , grabbed a piece of cheese , brought it up to the counter , slapped it onto my sandwich and said there you have your cheese. Do not go to Wendy’s they over there selling people old food I couldn’t even chew the food up. Clean it up Wendy’s over there y’all nasty selling old food do not go. They selling old food make me sick. I wasted my money. That’s why I rather cook at home. Fast food is poor.

Fries were soggy & cold, burgers tasted like they were made yesterday, and my tangerine twist was terrible — barely had flavor and had floating orange chunks at the bottom within 10 minutes. On the flipside, the service was fast and friendly.

Inside was absolutely disgusting! I don’t go in to eat fast food alot but decided to today. The floors were sticky, seating was minimal and I had to wipe down the table because it also had liquids all over it, there is a sink outside of the bathrooms to wash hands but there were no towels or even a dispenser (just a handwritten sign saying out of order or something like that) to dry your hands, the floors were dirty all around the seating, the drink machines were dirty, there was only 1 trashcan that was tiny and overflowing, the ketchup dispenser was empty. I felt gross leaving from eating inside. Employees were friendly though but you can tell cleaning is not being done here.

RUN AWAY! – I waited to write this review because I wanted to see how the follow up experience was and glad I did. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo for my young son, he started eating it and after a few bites started to gag. The chicken was raw, not undercooked, actually raw. Tried calling the manager to report it and they answered the phone and said they could not hear me and hung up. Called from a different phone and same result. Called corporate and they apologized and told me they would credit my card with the purchase and have the manager call me. Manager called and said she caught it but didn’t realize that any of them made it out the drive thru. Said they were put in the wrong basket and took my name and said to come back in and they would replace the meal at my convenience. When I did that today, they looked at me like I was lying. Didn’t ask my name and went back and got a sandwich and handed it to me. No I’m sorry, I had placed the entire order for my family and left my son’s off as I was expecting a replacement meal as the manager said. They quickly told me that on a “remake” they do not provide the entire combo. In addition to make matters worth they added they didn’t have the dressing for the salad I ordered. No apologies, made me feel like they doubted it ever happened. And the cherry on top was it’s been a week and no credit from corporate. Clearly they don’t care.

I tried to order inside after 8AM and was told the inside was closed right now. This is contradictory to the advertised hours. To do this is unprofessional and disgraceful and the workers responsible should be ashamed of themselves. And according to the other reviews, this location isn’t managed properly. Wendy’s will lose credibility because of apathetic workers.
