Everything about this place was great! Amazing service, friendly staff, diverse menu items and quality food for a reasonable price!! I was blown away with how attentive the staff was during my visit. I would absolutely come back!! Not to mention the food was fresh AND tasty!!! The only thing and I literally mean the only thing I would suggest, is some music in the background to fully set the vibe!! That’s the only element this wonderful establishment was missing. Other than that 5 stars across the board!!! Whoever is in charge, knows what they’re doing!!

Outstanding salsa and chips. They told me they have al pastor so I will return to try it out. Very attentive and courteous servers. While I was there just having a late afternoon snack so many people came in to pick up food and they were overjoyed with receiving it looking forward to sharing it with their friends at home.

First time stopping by and I must say the food, the staff, the decor was out of sight. This place needs more foot traffic because the food is very delicious and flavorful. Good prices, great quality food. I have never been the one to sit at a restaurant for more than 30 minutes but I found myself being here for over an hour, eating at a good and steady pace and actually enjoying the good food in Front of me. I will definitely be back. Thanks maria for being a great host and a remarkable experience.

Pretty mid tier. Chips, slightly stale and lukewarm. I like the taste of the green salsa but it’s almost sour tasting.
Burrito, taste like I could make at home. Non uniform temperature. Carnitas kinda dry. Beans out of a can taste.

We ate at Gloria’s Kitchen and the service was terrible!
The server / owner kept walking past us even when we looked at him and tried to get his attention and he looked back at us.
We only got one price of meat in our large bowl of soup
and the food was mediocre at best !

Updated review: I’m so glad they still have my favorite vegetarian burrito. New ownership and they now offer alcoholic drinks. I got a spicy michelada which was very good! Gloria’s old school diner interior is so nostalgic, and their food is delicious and comforting and very large generous portions.
Vegetarian Burrito #2 with no cheese and sour cream is my favorite Vegan burrito in Ventura. Enormous portion and delicious food. The salsa is great too. Love this place!

Well… it was pretty good, but not the 4.6 stars it was rated on line.
Service was good, polite, and attentive…but food was just so so.
I ordered the 3 enchiladas plate and each was covered with red sauce…usually chicken is covered with a white sauce. They do not serve ground beef…only chunk type, not the norm in Arizona.
Believe food would have tasted better if it was hot, my food was just barely warm.
Plates in most Mexican resturants are normally heated as well, these were not.
Overall i give them a 3 atar, but with a little more attention it could have been much better.
