This place has really good tacos, burritos and quesadillas. The portions of meat included in the food are very generous. I highly recommend the chicken and steak but all the meat is good. I haven’t had the rotisserie chicken but from what I can tell it looks good.

I love that they serve breakfast and its my go to spot for a quick omelette. Staff is always friendly and fast with their orders.

Holy cow! I popped in to grab a quick bite to eat before grabbing the train. I got a burrito that was a big as my head. It was just rice, beans and cheese and it still had excellent flavor and a delicious soft tortilla. All the veggies looked super fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back!

Friendly staff and good soft tacos…disappointed that they had run out of rotisserie chicken.

The food was pretty bland, had the quarter chicken with mashed potatoes and bread. Price was very fair and the employee was very friendly, but dang, the food was bland. Maybe it was cause I came in towards the end of the day. Could be better for sure.

This is how it should be. Coming from the southwest where I grew up, I’ve been in withdrawal, a desperate need for Mexican food that doesn’t suck or cost $20 a plate.

This is how it’s supposed to be. You pay 3 bucks, and you get a taco packed full of meat that’s been marinating in a great blend of spices. You get salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc on top til it’s overflowing. Not necessarily “authentic” Mexican food, but the kind of stuff you can find in working class neighborhoods in Phoenix, where you might be the first gringo to walk in in a week. And it’s GOOD food.

Used to be good. Food is now totally bland and flavorless. I’ve loved this place for years but the food and service have both gone downhill. In the past 3 months I’ve had the rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, taco salad in and out of bowl, mashed potatoes, zucchini medley, corn, and vegetable medley and every time everything was bland, flavorless and disgusting. This will definitely be my last time trying anything from this restaurant. Very disappointing.

Ordered pancakes and was charged extra for syrup. Ordered French toast and it was plain white bread in the middle. They charge $2.50 for an empty cups for me to pour soda in a cup for my son. Was charged ala cart for a meal and when I brought it to the cook had a bad attitude. Very bad customer service NEVER AGAIN!

I graduated from CASA this year which is a high school right below the food court at strawberry square. I would always go to the Santa Fe Mexican grille and they have the best tacos I’ve ever had. The employees were so friendly, and the one employee there always knew me and knew what I wanted when I went there because I would get the same thing. I haven’t been back since I graduated but I’m hoping to get back soon since they have the best tacos I’ve ever had! 100% would recommend!

Terrible food, terrible service, terrible waste of money.

I ordered the supreme nachos for 8 dollars. The chips were stale, and the meat was cool to the touch. The sour cream and processed cheese was watered down to the fullest. And the service guy was such an ignorant a-hole.

I demanded a refund, and the same guy just said I was wrong and don’t know what real food taste like. I was this close to bashing that guy’s teeth in with these rock hard nachos. So I talked to the “manager” and she said the same thing, and once I stated my reasons for a mere 7 dollar refund, they just ignored me.
