Wanted some bbq so pulled into this Shane’s location and so glad I did. The ribs were really good. Beans and coleslaw sides were just great! They even made my half & half tea just perfect. If in the mood for bbq and on this side of Shreveport this is a good choice. Oh and I had a side of mozzarella sticks that were good also even though I always pull off 2/3 the breading.

I had an incredible dining experience at Shane’s!! The catfish was perfectly fried with a crispy and golden crust. The fried gator was a unique treat—seasoned just right and packed with flavor. The boudin was absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of spice and authenticity. The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for amazing food and excellent service, this is the spot! Highly recommend!

Met family here for dinner. Visiting Louisiana, Shane’s is one of places we like to go. This location took us by surprise. It was restaurant style! With, seating, menus, and a waitress that came and took your order! There’s no standing in line to place your order!
We all didn’t mind! Loved it! Waitress was really nice. Was able to take care of everyone needs. Place was nice and clean and they didn’t mind that we stayed for a bit just visiting. Really nice place… love it and loved the food!

Stopped at this BBQ/seafood place on the way through Shreveport. They have a huge menu and plenty of options to choose from on it. We opted for the catfish and frog legs. Both were good as were the sides that came with it. Surprisingly, there is a drive-thru here and it was convenient to use it during the trip. I cannot comment on the barbecue but the fish and frog legs were not bad at all.

The crawfish were a disappointment—lacking seasoning and served lukewarm. I give them a 2/10. My best friend’s 1/2 pound of shrimp looked more like 1/4. The Coke machine tastes bad, and they didn’t have boxes for the food, making it less appealing.

Crawfish are boiled to order, so they are always hot and fresh. The fried catfish is also very good.

We had fried green tomatoes for an appetizer they were crispy and perfectly cooked. The catfish was great and the shrimp was well seasoned. In our waitress Kelsey was a delight.
