Service is good, lady boss is really kind and attentive.
Food was tasty though was on the dear side, I thoroughly enjoyed the signature beef brisket recommended but I had really hoped that it would come with rice as the dish itself was already around £17, adding the rice made it £20 which is reaching London prices.
Alongside the brisket my other favourite was the prawn toast which isn’t your traditional looking prawn toast but was delicious and had a generous amount of prawn.
One dish that I felt was a letdown was the mango rice and it felt like the dish itself specifically the glutinous rice was from a packet rather than homemade.
Would probably go again if the prices were revised slightly.

Original Thai flavor — we really enjoyed every dish we had tonight. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and everything came out quickly. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Had dinner here for the first time and absolutely loved it! The curry soft-shell crab claypot rice and fried prawn cakes were both really tasty. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations. Great food, lovely service – would definitely come back!

One of the best Thai food I’ve had in MCR. The stir fried Morning Glory with shrimp paste is packed with flavors. According to the owner, the Morning Glory is delivered straight from Thailand and on limited supply only. The Hainanese Chicken Rice is beautifully seasoned. The rice itself is the star of the dish. We also ordered the Curry Beef Brisket with rice. It’s not like any other curry dish I had before but the flavor from the herbs strike layer after layers. We were famished so we also ordered the homemade prawn cakes and Tom Yum soup. For the prawn cake, I have to stress on the work “Homemade”, a must have.
It a lovely little gem I will think of if I want authentic Thai food.

– fish is outstanding, with the candles heating it to keep warm
– grilled pork is a must try
– soft shelled crabs with curry is recommended
– the coconut jelly drink is exotic
– staff are friendly; before she took the cake out, she had played ‘Happy birthday’ as the background music for us, which is very considerate
– reservation is recommended, as it may be crowded on weekends

Sakurakwan kwan
First time to dinner in Thai Chill. The Hainanese chicken rice was delicious and the beef brisket with tendons was super tender and full of flavour. The mango sticky rice was perfect to be the end of meal. The lady boss was so friendly and welcoming they bring us a good surface experience.
I will definitely come back and try more dishes from Thai Chill!

Popped in for lunch with my family around half twelve —
we ordered two Hainanese chicken rice, one spicy curry beef brisket rice, some prawn crackers, a Coke, a Thai lemon tea and a hot milk tea.
Everything was absolutely lovely!
The curry beef was rich, fragrant and just the right level of spice — full of flavour.
The Hainanese chicken was beautifully tender, and the prawn crackers were massive and perfectly crispy.
The hot milk tea was properly hot — very much like the Hong Kong style we miss!
And the Thai lemon tea had just the right amount of sweetness, really refreshing.
The curry beef rice was so good that we only realised halfway through — “Oh no, we forgot to take a photo!”
What a shame, but definitely a good sign!
Great food, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere — such a gem of a place.
We’ll certainly be back soon. Highly recommended!

The food was so delicious. Never expected it to be this good! Definitely coming back again! Loved all the dishes tonight, especially the Thai grilled beef steak, Thai-style raw shrimp, and mango sticky rice. The service was great too!

The boneless shot ribs is tender with a nice bite, and the pork intestines are cooked long enough to be perfectly soft and clean — no unpleasant smell at all! Highly recommend adding the pork intestines. Honestly, the best pork intestines I’ve ever had!

Although it’s not near a Metrolink stop, it’s very easy to drive to, and parking is convenient.

First time trying Thai Chiu – really impressed! Everything was spot on: great flavours, decent portions, and very reasonable prices. The chicken wings were packed with flavour and nicely crispy, and the pig’s ears were super tasty too. The noodle soup tasted just like what you’d get in Thailand. Definitely worth a visit!
