The customer service is terrible. I asked for a condiment cup for ketchup since I was dining-in for my mom’s French fries. The gentleman would only give packets while a very large ketchup dispenser was available. My mom would not eat all of her fries and did not want to put ketchup all over her plate. I asked for mayonnaise and they did not have any at first. However, I see they have other items on the menu which has mayonnaise. So I offered to pay for mayonnaise in a condiment cup and of course mayonnaise was now available. For people like me who like mayonnaise with hot fries. Why would they say they cannot do something that they can. I was not looking for freebies but as a 1st time customer the experience left a bad impression. Not sure if good food is enough to come back as your first impression comes from good customer service.

The food is great however the service leaves much to be desired. We have eaten here many times before but today was not satisfactory. I walked into the location and was waiting for my husband to come inside once his business call was done. Im five months pregnant and had a full bladder. So I took off to the back to use the restroom before we ordered. They caught me half way down the hall and asked if they could help me and where was I going. I said “Im heading to use the bathroom while I wait on my husband to come inside.” They responded with the bathroom is for customers, I kept trying to explain to them we were having lunch and I wanted to use the restroom. The I asked them “did you not want us to order or what is the issue”. After enough crap and dirty looks my husband comes back in with me and I just explain to him what happened and that I no longer want to eat here. We then took off towards the Americas Best on Nickerson Blvd in Hampton,Va instead. They are our preferred location anyway we just have to drive quite a bit further from our house to get to them.

I would recommend this place forsure but for myself I would only come seldomly because it is fried.

Took a group of teens (7 kids plus my wife and me) here after my son’s birthday gathering. Everything was made fresh. Everyone’s food looked delicious and they all seemed to enjoy it. The portions are large!

Lemon pepper wings was fried perfectly. The sweet thai chili could’ve been fried a little more but overall still good. I love that they wasnt stingy with the sauce. I highly recommend!

A surprisingly good place to get an affordable lunch. Full disclosure, I’ve only been here once, and all I got was the boneless wings combo, but it was a very good experience. The food was tasty. The staff were polite and helpful. The prices were reasonable. The serving sizes were plentiful. The establishment as a whole was clean and seemed well maintained. I plan on going back more in the future and trying their other wing sauces, as they have a lot of different flavors.

Wings are huge, not dinky like some places. There are so many choices at this place. I ordered buffalo sauced 10 piece bone in wings combo with fries and drink. The wings themselves are crispy and juicy. It was more than enough food! Would go back again!
