I went here a couple of months ago for the first time and they really botched my order. I was very hesitant to give them another shot, but they sent me a coupon for a free meal, so I decided to give them a second chance. I am really glad that I did!
The customer service was outstanding, to say the least. The gentleman who took my order was extremely courteous and friendly. I got the lemon garlic shrimp scampi, and it was delicious! The restaurant was also very clean and orderly, especially for a Saturday afternoon. Thanks to a much better experience this time, I definitely plan on coming back!

the flavors for the new chili garlic ramen are very good but it is extremely salty. i would definitely customize the parmesan or ask for it on the side

On a mother, daughter, date we had the pesto cavatappi with chicken & noddles with meatballs and some potstickers. For my daughter being a picky eater, she actually ate everything on her plate. We had the small size, and it actually was a good amount for us, just a little pricey but worth it because of the taste and the services provided.

I had a great experience at Noodles and Company today! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I especially want to mention the older gentleman working – he was incredibly welcoming. Waiting for my food. After 20 min, I asked for my food, and they haven’t done it. I know they were busy but the thing is, they don’t even have it on the screen to process. So I complained and they have to do my food. Half an hour to get my food after paying. No apology received, instead they were handing me a free rice crispy. I declined. Next time I will never add any tip to my bill before any service is given.

Noodle and Company needs to explain how 8 pieces of tortellini can be justified to cost $8.33! They showed me a small bowl but I expected them to actually fill it! Not just eight pieces! Yes it tastes good – other than cold cucumber that was slowly warming up in the dish. The garlic Alfredo sauce is nice. But worth the price??? NO WAY! Atmosphere is very sterile. Staff member I ordered from was friendly. My last time ever eating at a Noodles and Company restaurant. Much more options out that where cost is way more reasonable for the amount served.

Felix- is by far any the best employee I have ever encountered at any Noodles and Company. He’s fast pace, hard worker and extremely generous to all customers (including me). Thank you for all you do. I recommend this location and employee (Felix). He will take care of you!

The food was fresh. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant definitely needs to be brightened up. It just felt really dark in there. But it was clean and it smelled fine.

Ordered the Med Salad with Grilled Chicken, but without the feta and black olives. The salad was pretty good overall, but the yogurt dressing had a very bold flavor compared to the other ingredients. Halfway through eating it, I realized that the only flavors I could taste were the dressing and, occasionally, the onions. The flavors would’ve probably been more diverse if I left the feta and black olives in, but I’m not a huge fan of either.
Also, I’ve tried the cheesy garlic bread and one of their pasta dishes (can’t remember which one) before, and they were both very good.

The employees clearly don’t get along. They seem to argue quite a bit. The manager Felix rushed me through my order and got it wrong. I will not be returning.
