I noticed that this KFC has a number of poor reviews. I must have gotten lucky. My “crispy” chicken was very good and so was the potatoes and gravy. The two young employees near the counter were both working diligently, customer service was fine, and the store looked clean.
The price was somewhat high but prices for everything are high in 2026.

Literally don’t understand how this place is still running. Ordered ahead on the app, waited until it was ready, went through the drive through and was told to pull around and they’d bring it out. Not only was the order not completed when the app said it was, but we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Why? Because instead of bringing us our food like they said, they sat it on the counter. Our food is soggy and room temp. This place would be a better coffee shop. Unbelievable.

The service you will receive here is absolutely horrendous. The female manager is a joke who cops and attitude the second you have to ask about missing things she has to act all defensive and the chick with the blonde hair and glasses apparently will just fall apart if you ask for the manager and tell them you will infect not come inside to deal with their attitude (mind you I never once cursed or raised my voice 1 time)
Also dont order the 9$ potato wedges they give you an individual side of them then get butt hurt when you ask for it to be fixed. She “fixed it” by giving me another small individual side smh!!!!!

After so many visits, today I finally decide to give a review. Food was awesome as always, and while it is a little expensive, it’s worth it for that classic KFC taste that everyone loves. One thing is that I didn’t get a side of mashed potatoes and gravy as I ordered, however staff helped me through it and let’s just say I’m going back to get those mashed potatoes soon. Helpful service, amazing food, and based on last time I went and ordered inside, great atmosphere too! 10/10 KFC!

The worst chicken I ever had. It’s like they pulled it directly out of the deep fryer and stuck it in the box. The thigh was all breading and no meat, the breasts would literally fall apart from the breading in your hand. There was enough grease I could have used it to lube up my truck. Absolutely terrible. I’ve had gas station chicken that’s set out for two days that tasted better than this. If you want chicken, just go to McDonald’s and get you a 10 piece. I’ve had to type this about twice because my fingers so greasy that my keypad doesn’t want to work right on my phone.

This place is such a stupid joke I ordered a 10 PC of the apple pie poppers and they gave me 5 small bags of 2 piece poppers and every single one of them are freeging cold not even warm literally cold and not even a receipt to change them or call on them and since the no longer due refunds even with the product is just dumb of they can’t do it right and the customer doesn’t want the trash product anymore they need to just take the garbage they gave and give the money back save yourself the stress from here people

I am sure it was a lot better fresh but by the time I got home it was ok. We live out in the country so eating takeout fresh is impossible. A lot of chicken places taste bland, but KFC has flavor.

I’ve been purchasing 3 10 Tuesday special each week and the chicken is half cooked. I brought this to the attention of the manager and said that’s how it comes out Chicken and staff are terrible lost the business of 10 elderly customers.

Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC location in Carthage. I placed an order and waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally went inside to check what was going on, I found out they hadn’t even started on my food yet. The worst part? I was the only customer there. No line, no rush—just pure disorganization or indifference. If they can’t handle one order in 20+ minutes, I’m not sure how they stay in business. Won’t be coming back!!!
