Pretty sure this location only has 1 employee working each shift. Worked a 14hr shift to go sit in the drive-thru for 40mins before driving 35mins home. Tried using my debit card for fuel on my way home and it was declined. Why? Cause the incompetent person at the window swiped my card twice for my $26.56 order. Realized it when I logged onto my bank app. (2) charges for $26.56. Bank cancelled my card for fraud. Now I can get a new card til I get a day off next Tuesday. You should be fired and thrown in jail. Oh…..a dble whopper with cheese means….wait for it…waaait for it….WITH CHEESE!

It’s ok its a little empty don’t like it at took a little longer to get my food not that much tables the old one is way much better i rather go to the one by Walmart its 5 times better the workers don’t know what they are doing some of them are not warning glues like thay forget to make my milk shake I literally had to tell them 2 times I would not come back i go to the one by Walmart it as more tables and better drive though faster service and its nicer

This place is full of incompetent workers. Both of our BACON melts we ordered had no BACON. I also asked for ranch for my nuggets, think I got any ranch? Nope. For the price of this food and service, how is this not theft?

On my visit, the outside had a few napkins and other debris on the ground. The inside was very clean. There were a few people in line. My order was placed online with a normal wait time for food to be prepared fresh. The burgers and fries tasted fresh and as it should. The fries were hot and not soggy. I always add an extra amount of toppings to the sandwiches. There are two locations on different ends of the city. I prefer this location over the other.

If your a vegetarian or vegan or just thinking about trying the Impossible burger, don’t. I’ve tried them 4 different times ( only at the New Philadelphia location ) and every time they are way over cooked. They’re flattened out and dry. Like eating cardboard. It’s a shame too because I’ve eaten these burgers before in different establishment where they were cooked properly and they were delicious but Burger King hasn’t got a handle on this. Save your money.

The bacon cheeseburger was pretty good and I like that they get the bacon nice and crispy.
What was really amazing was how super hot the fries were. They were too hot to touch and stayed hot from first bite to last. That has never happened with fast food fries.

Got a buckeye meal which includes a whopper! I got 2 patties and bbq sauce ! Worst BK in the state. You don’t rule at this BK!
