Established in 1996, our restaurant has proudly served the Anaheim Hills and Yorba Linda communities under different names, always focused on authentic Indian cuisine. In 2025, we rebranded as Tatva Indian Fine Dining with a mission to elevate every aspect of the dining experience — from the ambiance and service to the quality and presentation of each dish. We’ve refreshed the space, expanded the menu, and introduced new offerings like our weekend buffet feast, happy hour specials, and free delivery through online ordering. While the heart of our kitchen remains rooted in tradition, Tatva represents a new chapter — one that’s pure, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted.
Classic Indian cooking from tandoori dishes to biryani turned out in an easygoing, modern space.

We had an absolute wonderful experience at Tatva Indian Restaurant in Anaheim! I tried the jackfruit biryani for the first time, and wow—it tastes just like a non-veg biryani. Every bite was flavorful and perfectly cooked.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel completely at ease. Every dish we ordered was fantastic—not just bursting with flavour, but beautifully presented and generously portioned with all perfect spice levels.
Some must-tries:
• Palak chaat (spinach chaat) – full of flavor.
• Crispy Gobi Manchurian – so crispy and delicious.
• Diff Varieties of Parathas with curries – soft, fresh, and flavourful.
• Paan ice cream – unlike anything I’ve ever had!
My son loved the Malai Chicken—he said it’s the softest, most tender chicken ever.
Every dish shows care and passion, and we really enjoyed everything right from the warm welcome to the desserts, every detail was handled beautifully.Hands down the best Indian restaurant I’ve visited in the USA. Highly recommend!
Theres is no variety of dishes at the buffet.
Not even rice dish just plain boiled rice. I haven’t seen an indian buffet without briyani or some other kind of rice. The ambiance is okay.
Service is as bad. There was only one person working and he was sooo rude and looked so mad if we asked for something. Please save yourself and don’t go there.
Suggestion 2. Please consider selecting your day to close on Monday instead of Tuesday. I believe your revenue will improve.
– *Ana*, the server, welcomed us with a smile and even helped us pronounce “Tatva” correctly
– Food is light, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying
– Cozy vibe, plenty of parking, and a buffet that’ll keep you coming back!
*Perfect for families, dates, or gatherings!* If you crave authentic Indian food done right, Tatva is the spot! Will definitely be back!
