I ordered the chicken Alfredo Ziti and it was very disappointing. The pizza also wasn’t much better. The delivery driver was nice, and customer service was somewhat helpful, which I appreciated.

We usually have great service with Larosas. We got a text that the pizza left the store at 7:40pm Mt Zion location is less than 2.4 miles from my house. We called and were on hold for over 10 minutes no one answered. Pizza arrived to our door at 8:13pm cold. It was a new lady delivery driver we’ve never had this issue before. I’m not sure what happened but we shouldn’t have to eat cold pizza and wait an additional 30 plus minutes after it left the Mt Zion store. It also concerns me what was the delivery driver doing during that long period of time with my pizza in her car. Typically if it’s late they will call and let us know. Zero communication from Larosas. We paid full price for a cold pizza. As I said this has never happened before and it’s a bit odd to me.

Dine-in is an option in theory. In reality, it’s more like take-out but they have a couple tables you can it at after going to the counter, order, and pay. No fountain drinks and no waitress, so no refills.

Pizzas were cut incorrectly (standard instead of square shape), it happens, I understand. But 3 sauce cups were missing from my order and I reached out to customer service a week later and was told “sorry, reach out sooner next time.” No offer of a refund or gift card or anything. Life happens and people get busy – it is not as if I said the whole order was missing. It was a simple $2 and now, I will never order from a larosas again. Hope keeping the $2 was worth it to them

After a long day at work, I decided pizza would be an easy dinner. I ordered online and went to pick up to take home to the family. Upon my arrival, I realized I accidentally sent my order to the wrong location. It was completely my mistake, but the employees here at the Mt. Zion location offered to transfer the order to their location and re-make my food. I was not expecting them to do this but I am so grateful for the kind service I received! Oh! And the pizza was DELICIOUS!! Thank you!!!

Loved Larosa’s pizza when I was in college 30 years ago. Couldn’t wait to have it today while in the area. Don’t recall ever seeing so many “bald spots” on one pizza. Hope they aren’t normally that skimpy. And they only have bottled drinks because they are “mostly a pick-up and delivery” restaurant. Though, all six tables were occupied while I was there. Not awful, but not superior on this particular day.

Never have I received such awful food from Larosa’s! We just had a 90 dollar order from the Mt. Zions location. The fish sandwich I ordered was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it. It was severely overcooked. Not to mention the lettuce on it is literal slime abd brown. I am so disappointed, especially with spending the money tonight to order out for our family and receive something that isn’t even edible! So much for my ten dollar fish sandwich!!! Do better Larosa’s. People are spending their hard earned money…

I tried the cauliflower crust pizza I didn’t like it ruined the whole pizza. To thick, no taste, raw tasting.
