Best coffee in Dickson for sure. Not overly sweet unless you want to order it that way. I get the large iced White Chocolate Mocha and its $5 and some change. Better than Dunkin or Starbucks. Their coffees taste the same every single time so you can trust you will get what you are order. Quick drive through as well. Their specialty coffees are super good too if you want to try something new.

White mocha ice coffee was great! I’m very impressed with their coffee. The girl was polite and sweet. Would be nice if they had more food options such as ham and cheese croissants, or bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Don’t like the window being so high it made it very uncomfortable to order I put 1 star on atmosphere because of that.

I had a very unusual experience with Cuppa Sunshine today. I am not totally sure what I did wrong when asking for a “large iced latte with caramel and banana”, my usual order. The lady who I was lucky enough to experience today, repeated the order and said “caramel banana bread”, I responded “just caramel and banana”. Next thing I know, the lady slams something down on the counter and yells “a large iced with caramel and banana, that’s it” in a very hateful tone. I was truly taken back by her reaction, that I just said never mind to the order. As I am driving away, the lady in a very nasty tone says “byyyeeee”. This experience was nasty and unprofessional. I haven’t witnessed this kind of behavior from the staff before, but others have mentioned having similar issues, which led them to stop supporting this business. I guess it was my turn to experience it, which is disappointing, because I genuinely prefer supporting local small businesses over billion-dollar corporations. I don’t know if what I ordered was the same thing as the “caramel banana bread” and if that is the case then simply saying “hey, so that’s actually our (insert drink)….” would have changed the whole outcome of this interaction, and I could have ordered it right the next time. While they do have great coffee and fun flavors, which is why I frequent this location often, I was truly saddened by this behavior from the woman that I can only assume is the owner.

Five starts doesn’t even seem sufficient enough! The drinks, muffins, workers & their personalities are TOP NOTCH! They are quick to learn your drinks & just smile when you pull up & say, “your normal”? They are more like family after a couple visits. Drive out of my way several times a week just to go there. Yall GO GET YOU ONE! NEVER had one I didn’t like!

Zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. My first time coming here and I forgot to ask for non-dairy milk as I’m allergic, and when I politely asked if it could be remade with oat milk, the woman who originally took my order came out with the credit card machine and insisted I pay for a completely new drink. I stayed calm and said I would gladly pay the upcharge difference, but she wouldn’t accept it. She threw the original drink in the trash in front of me and kept going on about it not being her fault and continued to kind of go off on me. They eventually remade the drink, but by then the interaction had already been completely unnecessary and off-putting. I didn’t even feel comfortable to drink it. That is not how you should treat or talk to people — which was a bummer because I was excited to try their coffee when referred by a friend. I hope they do better with others in the future
UPDATE: Respectfully, there’s no need to lie nor exaggerate, cut the theatrics. I never accepted the drink or put in another order, I’m allergic? I never even took the drink. I asked as soon as she came to the window when I remembered “ if you all had non dairy milk”, and she said “yes, do you need me to make it with oatmilk?” I immediately apologized for my mistake and said yes if that’s possible, and the rest is history lol. By no means am I saying I am entitled to a new drink, but the energy and just mean/nasty response I was met with was uncalled for and shocking. It’s not what you did, it HOW you did it. Even any person reading can see the owner’s response below this review is the type of attitude that comes with this business, absolutely terrible and just mean. No care for the next human or how they treat them. You never know who you are talking to, customer service goes a very long way and these things always catch up with you. Be kind to others, good luck and God Bless

You want to talk about the best group of ladies there ever. They are absolutely amazing. If you get to the point where you go there quite often you don’t even have to tell your order anymore. They make sure they have everything ready before you even get to the window most of the time. They always have an amazing smile and personality going on. Love them immensely for what they do!
