During my trip to the United States, I had the chance to try many foods, but this Domino’s in Alabama truly stood out. Without a doubt, it has been the best pizza experience of my entire trip.
The flavor was amazing — rich, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza, and it was so delicious that I have already ordered it three times in just 10 days. That says everything! The combination of cheese, steak, and seasonings is simply incredible.
What made the experience even better was the outstanding service from Abdo. He was extremely kind, patient, and respectful with my basic English. He took the time to help me understand the menu and guided me to the best options — thanks to him I discovered this amazing pizza.
Because of the flavor, the quality, and the excellent customer service, I can confidently say this place is 100% recommended. If you are in Alabama, you must try it

I love tomato sauce, marinara/pizza sauce. I have odered extra pizza sauce on my Dominos pizza’s for years. A lot of Dominos does not do it right. But this location adds extra sauce like I ask every time. They dont take long to deliver or carryout. I am extremely pleased. Keep doing what yall are doing. Its appreciated.

These guys were super helpful with an issue I had! I ordered a pizza on the app that I thought would be cheese free, as I cannot eat cheese, and domino’s makes a great cheese free pizza. However, the app was unclear that the pizza came with other cheese toppings, and I was delivered a pizza with cheese. I called and explained the situation, and they were able to help. I ended up with a pizza that I could eat. Bummer that the app is so confusing. Super grateful for their friendly service from everyone involved! Thank you!

I ordered delivery and waited over TWO HOURS with the tracker still showing the pizza never left the store. Called multiple times and the phone went straight to voicemail.
When I finally reached someone earlier, she me told “15 more minutes,” which was clearly not true. No driver was ever dispatched.
After another 20 minutes I called again, the guy stated the order was never dispatched or picked up for delivery.
At this point it had been over 2 hours and they gave me a refunds
The app blocked me from reporting the issue until after delivery so I’ll publicly give feed back here.
There wasn’t a delay or error. This was the store choosing not to deliver, avoiding customers, and hoping I’d give up or come pick it up.
Completely unacceptable operations, dishonest communication, and zero accountability. If you don’t want to deliver, don’t offer delivery.
Management and corporate need to address this location immediately.

The employees were friendly, restaurant was clean. I ordered the pizza when I got there. They made it and put it in quickly and 15 minutes later I was heading out. The pizza was good, the sale price was good. The only negative is that the topping were very light

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two pizzas with garlic crust. They delivered the wrong order. I called and they agreed to re-deliver the correct pizzas. The second delivery showed up exactly the same wrong way again.
When I called back, the person claiming to be the manager and the “franchisee” told me he would not issue a refund unless I physically brought the pizzas back to the store. I even offered to send photos to prove the mistake, and he refused.
My father was a Domino’s franchisee for 25 years, and I grew up seeing what real customer service looks like. I cannot fathom any legitimate Domino’s location operating the way this one just did. Embarrassing, unprofessional, and a complete failure of basic customer service.

I’m usually not one to complain about fast food, but tonight’s experience at this location will go down as the absolute worst I’ve ever had. I answered the door and told the driver, Patrick, “thanks I appreciate it” when he handed me my food and he responds “no you don’t” then proceeded to flip me off and storm away. Not only that, but I opened my boxes to find my order clearly tampered with, and the pizza was completely wrong. Thankfully the manager refunded me, but if anyone from this store reads this, Patrick should be fired immediately. That was absolutely infuriating.

I ordered well before the closing time and waited 36 minutes. When I checked the Tracker, I saw that my order had been cancelled with no prior communication. I guess a 20% tip wasn’t enough, and they just opted to cancel. Dreadful service. Also, the last few times I ordered, the toppings were scarce, and the pizza was cold and dry. This location is one to avoid unless you want grief.
