Excellent fresh food. Wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches. The smoothies are amazing. Been 4 days in a row now trying different things on the menu. Everything has been so good….thats why I keep returning. They have an excellent special going on: 24 oz smoothie, wrap and your choice of bag of chips, apple or banana all for just $9.99. Everyday from 7-9 am AND pm all smoothies are only $5.00. They even toss in a coupon for you to use next visit if you want! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this chain. I don’t get smoothies here, but I get the chia oatmeal bowl and the acai bowl. The peanut butter bowl is not my favorite, but I get it once and a while as well. This particular day, they were out of the base for my chia bowl.

I have never been here and let me just say, MMMMMM I got a large smoothie and before I made it home it was gone! So good! I also got a chicken pesto sandwich, yes and YES! I also picked up a yogurt bowl for the next morning. The woman who made my order was so sweet and out my granola on the side, so it wouldn’t get all nasty overnight. Amazing food, good prices and great customer service! Have already gone back a couple times! A must try!!

This was my wife and daughter’s first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. When the first of 3 smoothies was handed to me, the lid popped off and smoothie spilled all over my clothes, truck seat, and console. The employee froze and didn’t do anything. We asked for napkins. She handed me 2 napkins. We asked for more. I got out of the truck and cleaned everything up. I had to ask for more napkins and a cup of water to clean myself and the truck. Stuff happens. I’m not mad about an accident. There were no apologies. No new smoothie. No questions. No comments. There is no way the lid was put on fully. I did not manhandle it. I barely grabbed it. Awkward experience for the family’s first time visit. No matter how good a smoothie may be, some sort of positive customer service is what makes people return.

This is the 3rd time here at this establishment and I have to say the service here is impeccable. Aubrey and Kaedynce were beyond helpful with my questions about the menu. Hats off to the owners for the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of this place! I will definitely be back

I really loved how the employees were super sweet my first time coming. They were helpful with even giving suggestions to food items. The food is also really good if you don’t want something crazy heavy. The only downside is how expensive it is, though I can’t blame anyone everything has gotten expensive. Overall definitely recommend

Just got handed a free sample that definitely had a small piece of plastic in the smoothie I felt in my mouth and looked at. Definitely concerning considering the recent news that 100% of men have microplastics in our blood. I guess I have macro plastics now too
