Unfortunately, we waited about 40 minutes for our food and it was not worth the wait. The butter chicken was flavorless. Lamb biryani was dry. The paratha was really not good at all. We love Indian food but this was extremely disappointing. Not sure if they were rushed but we will definitely not be returning

I recently visited “The Mountain Kitchen” and had the chance to try their Veg Momos and Paneer Manchurian. The Veg Momos were packed with flavorful stuffing, and while the taste was slightly different from the traditional version I’m used to, it was still very satisfying. The Paneer Manchurian was delicious with a perfect balance of spices, and the sauces complemented both dishes really well.
I’m thrilled to have a place offering great momos in the Austin area and can’t wait to explore more of their menu! Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

I don’t know how this place has good rating. I ordered veg momos, paneer kathi roll and chicken 65. The 1st 2 were inedible. Instead of chicken 65 they gave chilli chicken. Though it was not bad but not good too.

The guys working there are very humble and hard working people . The good taste is so authentic. This is one of the best Indian food truck in South Indian. I would highly recommend momos and kathi rolls.

I got the samosa chaat and butter chicken and it was soooo delicious! Creamy and buttery with the perfect amount of spice. Great food at a great price and I’m taking leftovers home.

I haven’t had any food here, this review is purely based on customer service. I placed an order to go and drove to the food truck only to find out they were closed. No indication on the website that they were closed and their online ordering still accepted my order and charged my card. I then called them the next day to get a refund and the owner says I will have to come to the food truck to get the refund. When I drive there for the refund, he decided to round down the amount he had to give me, shorting me by close to a dollar. The overall inconvenience, the complete lack of apology and the fact that he issued me less than what he owed me (this was the last straw) made me decide not to support this business.

The owner/chef is Nepali. The menu is mainly Indian/Chinese with a distinct Nepalese twist. Perfectly seasoned, best cooked basmati rice and perfect textures.
This is a treasure that needs to be supported! Did I mention it’s a food truck next to a has station? It will be my go to option in future.
