We visit Batesville a few times a year and always look for good breakfast places. Our usual spot was not good and it led us to H&H. We were a little nervous watching the restaurant fill behind us with only one server on shift. She handled every single table like she was born to do it! Our drinks stayed full and all of our food was incredible (especially their Waffles!!).
We decided to come back 2 days later and the owners were out sick and they had friends running things and you would have never known they didn’t normally work there. We had the same amazing food and service. We came back a 3rd time before traveling back to Oklahoma. H&H will definitely be our new breakfast spot on vacation. They were also one of the few restaurants that offered a veteran discount for our dual veteran family.
We highly recommend you check out this little gem. There is a surcharge if paying card (standard around here) and they appreciate cash tips 🙂

Honestly if you don’t like my review than cool don’t message me about it tho and ask me to delete it or make rude comments and lies towards my family. My family and I tried this restaurant twice, we would rather eat at places like this, than McDonald’s or Hardee’s, but both times we tried we didnt enjoy our meals and decided to not go back. Waiters aren’t nice here, one actually messaged me on Facebook, I wonder how many others she has harassed? We will not be back, and go glad their going out of business soon. Sooner better than later hopefully. Oh and they are leaving reviews about than own business… Thankful their out of business now.

So me and my dad go here for breakfast sometimes, and we’ve never had issues before, but apparently the last time we went they didn’t like the amount we put on the receipt for the tip and they added $2. We won’t be coming back. It’s not about the amount. It’s about the dishonesty. That’s called theft.
