Feel kinda bad for the employee that had my order this morning but said employee is the star that boosted their rating. Most if not every single drink in the order was correct despite her concerns. I’m not sure if it was because I was in earlier than usual but store seemed understaffed for a drop day for their seasonal menu. Definitely noticed a few of their usual employees were missing. Anyways thank you for the patience and hard work.

Vomit fuel! This was supposed to be a FROZEN MATCHA LATTE- “Matcha” is green tea. For some reason the worker mixed a large amount of COFFEE in with Green Tea powder. It looks absolutely disgusting and tastes even worse than it looks. I’m questioning if this was done on purpose because the workers were rushing to close the store for the day.

Went here this morning before my sons surgery and got a blueberry breeze/strawberry dragonfruit refresher! When he handed it to me i said why is it orange . I get these all the time and they are a purplish burgundy color ! He said not its the right one . My sticker was on it said what i ordered but this was a mango /dragon fruit not what i ordered i know what mango taste like .. now a wasted drink that i paid almost 5. For! What a waste of money. Will not go back here.. idk why its showing red in the pic. But anyways point being it wasnt what i ordered !! The last picture is the right one i got on the way home!!

The store appeared to be closing at 2pm ish in afternoon! Hardly no doughnuts at all. Everything in one case with other cases lights off and worker sweeping floor. Very disappointed as my 6yo grandson wanted doughnut holes with no blueberry ones in sight. Wth really. They are supposed to close at 7pm! Just a real let down and on a Saturday.

The kids love their donuts and it’s close. They’re getting better with timeliness but mobile orders still take too long, and they regularly don’t have the items I ordered which is annoying. I’ll probably still be going there though.

Customer service was awesome! Sweet young lady with multi colored nails assisted me and was amazing (I wish I had gotten her name) she happily listed all her available donuts (I was purchasing late in the day) and completed my order with a smile, promptly and accurately. Great place!!!

I have to edit my review. Five years ago I had a better review but this place has gone down over the years. I’m posting this in hopes that someone at Dunkin Donuts takes notice and starts cleaning this place up. Service is moderate now, which is an improvement because it’s been horrible in the past. The food is still okay and coffee is good but the place is dirty and gross. Look at the pictures. These pictures were taken at 5:20am which is 20 minutes after opening. Trash on the ground, dirt visible and tables are dirty with food stains on them. It’s apparent no one has cleaned here in a long time. I didn’t even want to use the table. I come here weekly and while this is the worse it’s looked in a while, it’s consistently gross.
I’m open to changing this review if there is positive change.

How are they sooooo slooooow is wild. It’s like they got a bunch of children working there. And I use working very lightly. One car in the window, that was all. Insane, thought it give this lazy hole another try. Bad idea.

I purchase my iced coffee with mocha drizzle and oatmilk and it was perfect, however, I wanted to use my accumulated points. And the cashier did not know how to do it on the app.
