We had a quick oysters and caviar with some wine. The staff was lovely to accommodate us. Oysters were very fresh and delicious with house made tartare with truffle sauce. Caviar also one of greatest – we got the Saint James. The room style is great – art deco every detail is thought. Totally recommend for fancy date night.

It is a very beautiful restaurant with a solid selection of wines. It’s such a pity, that the food doesn’t deliver. It was overpriced, cold, and very salty. Both dishes that we’ve ordered were a big disappointment. When you spend 200€ for a diner you expect much more.

The most magnificent Art Deco & bar I have ever had the pleasure to dine in.
Staff were impeccable, the building both inside and out spectacular. Cuisine a work of art.

Are you prepared to wait an hour and a half for appetizers? And your drinks still won’t arrive. For you or the other guests of this restaurant everything is super late.
Ah, and girls at reception is not ready at all to meet the guest. Disaster.

Amazing experience at Prunier Victor Hugo !
First, the location is outstanding : the building is listed. The atmosphere project you years ago into a preserve beautiful design , with a super cozy setting and Parisian chic.
Then, the food is Wow. Yannick Alleno signed the menu, and the chef Hendry Mezah is executing it to perfection..His passsion for product, his aesthetic taste makes the experience unique.
Last the service is perfect as you can expect in such a high end restaurant.
A must visit place for foodies while in Paris.

First and foremost, the overall service was exceeding expectation. The table side service was the best I can remember.
The turbot was great, as expected, but their house sauce was something to die for. The Oeuf Christian Dior was just heavenly. The rest of the food were perfect but the Turbot and the Eggs brought the house down. I need to come back just for the Egg.

E BAD.
Excellent…. Excellent … excellent
One of the best lunch I ever had.
The Chef Alleno who took this legendary and old institution refreshed the ambiance and the dishes.
Also something extremely rare nowadays in Paris :the team who work in this restaurant are one of the most friendly and most professional you can imagine. Really a great job
First time but certainly not the last .

Another beautiful historic restaurant taken over and by a pseudo-cool restaurant group adding little beyond a few extra tables and a lingering sense of indifference.

Here you will find poignantly meager “sharing plates” that share mostly disappointment — thin in substance and imagination. The pasta arrived 45 minutes late, overcooked and lukewarm, ceremoniously tossed tableside for no discernible reason other than performance anxiety. The ritual ended, fittingly, with sauce splattered across my pants. The whole experience felt like someone playing dress-up as a fine-dining restaurant — costume and all, but no plot.

Pierre Bergé once said: embrace reality, even if it burns. Consider me seared.

First of all I found the welcoming very cold especially from waiters in the restaurant and the bar , little arrogant, they don’t take care of the clients and the communication is poor and service so low! The food is not testy at all, too much show on social media but the reality is different!
