Seeing my brother at Bayshore hospital around the corner from this spot. Being from Jersey and moving away made it almost impossible to find good pizza. So my first lunch break opportunity I had I wanted a good pizza. I got plain slices, buffalo chicken and a white slice. This place was top tier. The pizza is amazing. The slices are huge and the flavor is everything. The second time there I sat inside and ate. Had pizza again (of course) but also tried the wings and fries. Just as good as the pizza. Every single person working there was nice and professional. I’ll be back.

1/5/26 ordered a meatball Parmesan hero, light sauce, and a dozen garlic knots. Meatball palm hero was not very good. The bread was not toasted at all. It was just a hero, and there was a thick slice of mozzarella barely melted. Couldn’t even Chew it. Wound up throwing hero out ate about a quarter of it garlic knots not heated up enough. Started to eat them on the way home and they were cold. Very disappointed.

This was a very long time ago but i have to share. First the food and service was always great when i worked out in bayshore!!! So here it is. I was leaving work one day years ago and stopped here for dinner. I ordered my food and paid. Put my change in my pocket and went home. Ate dinner with the family when i got home. Mind you now about 1-2 hours has gone by since i got the food. I now realize i received change for a $20 bill when i paid with a $100 bill. I call back and a very nice man answered the phone and acknowledged the situation. Told me he would have to do something with the register and would call me back. He called me back with about 10 minutes and apologized and said whenever i am back in the area i can get the rest of my money. Even though it was their accident i think this was exceptional customer service. Thank you

We heard great things about Amore’s, but they didn’t live up to the expectations we had set. This pizza is just too heavy on dough and addons (like ricotta and vegetables) to be confused humanely in front of people. Some of the family suffered gastric blocks because of the amount of dough, some slightly undercooked. Always a very nice staff in the house, clearly a family business which is fantastic to see. People are always coming in and out of Amore’s all the time, we just won’t be one of them.

I ordered the 14″ garbage pie expecting it to be a small version of the vegetable garbage pie because I am allergic to dairy. It was missing the spinach, broccoli, and eggplant. It had pepperoni and sausage. This was a phone order so I ate it, but I am disappointed. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. They are not reliable. Also, the spaghetti sauce was very little and needed to use more than what was given. These meals were not worth the cost.

Stopped in for a few slices and decided to try their Sicilian. Pie was excellent and huge pieces. Service was fantastic as well. They could not have been inviting. Will definitely be back. Thanks

Best damn pizza ive had in 40 years. I cant even explain how good the grandma pie was. We tried it once while visiting family and had it everyday until our trip was over. See ya next summer. Yall will be my first stop.
