To start, I’ve been a customer to this location for 15+ years. I ordered a meatball sub and thin crust pizza with mushrooms and meatballs. The pizza tasted great. Unfortunately, after getting home (25 minutes away) and eating some pizza I realized the sandwich I was given was incorrect. I called the store and spoke to a supervisor who told me their phone AI order taker placed the wrong sandwich order. I was told I couldn’t receive my correct order unless I returned to the store with the incorrect sandwich. I’m really disappointed with their customer service considering a pizza and sandwich was $40. Will be looking for a new regular pizza spot.

Rusty’s Special, with and without (bell pepper and Canadian bacon; nix the fiormer and yum the latter). Always my favorite when I lived in S.Barb in the 70’s, and still just fine. The woman that took my order knew what I was talking about, even though I didn’t see it listed as a Rusty’s Special on the menu. Contrast that to how RARE it is that Taco Bell staff have a clue what a Combination Burrito is (beef and bean, of course.

A Santa Barbara institution and must pick-up/delivery spot (in-house dinning a “unique” experience). Very helpful staff, quick prep and excellent pizza. Prepared salads are great too!

Enough toppings for each slice, thin crust that was crispy and not burnt. Went well with a chilled Grenache side note, would like to have some garlic to add.

Parked away from where the delivery was park on the wrong side of the street where people walk and not only that says he came but knocked for a second and was gonna leave him a good tip for coming back but he just lost it with the attitude and lies and to make things worse can’t even call the store I get a robot that give me only 3 options
