This was a drivethru order for 12 pc family meal. The chicken was fine. However, the coleslaw had a raw chicken wingtip in it. Totally grossed me out. We threw out all of the sides. Maybe go to Russellville next time.

I see that KFC somehow had my review deleted.. got a chicken strip basket 12 peice no sides $33 and the strips were tiny.. as the Pic shows.. super rip off. I do not recommend them.. stick to fried chicken KFC.. and try to use at least average size chickens.. not tiny ones.. last time the legs look like they came off a baby chicken. Or maybe a dove????

I door dash here FREQUENTLY. I have yet to have good service from employees, especially shift managers. I have high past experience working for the same company and I know these are for a fact not the standards. I rarely even get someone to say a simple greeting to me. I have strayed from not saying anything l, but I hope they receive this with good hands and consider better management.

The tenders tasted like they were cooked with old grease and were unedible. I ordered potato Puffs. They were cooked with old grease as well and the gravy was disgusting. Never will I eat there again.

The service today was poor at best. Some tables not wiped asked for a simple addition of some coleslaw juice with my coleslaw and got told that’s the way it comes. I can’t do anything about it as I’ve been here before and know differently. As I know how to make my own chicken, I will no longer be a customer with this KFC

First, yall stop the buffet.
Then, the napkins, utensils, straws, and lids are removed from laddies. Forcing customers to make extra trips to the counter to request needed items. Half the time, the employees forget to even give them to the customers. But I draw the line when I am given a biscuit that is hard enough to break a tooth on and tastes like it’s a day old or more. Straighten your act up or close the doors.

This place is a hit and miss I think the manager needs to do his or her job and do a little better with the training you are representing a corporate business
