**Under New Ownership as of July 1st 2025** Veteran owned and family-operated, Mojarra Mía! is a Mexican seafood restaurant dedicated to authentic coastal flavors. I helped the original owner open this place and proudly took over on July 1, 2025. As a military family—my husband has served 18 years—and parents of two wonderful kids, we believe in hard work, community, and great food. Our mission is to honor traditional recipes while continually improving the flavors, quality, and experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

El camarón Sinaloense has incredible food! The waitress was very nice. She let us know it would be a bit of a wait time since there was 2 tables ahead of us. The wait was worth it. However, there was 6 of us and we got one small basket of chips with salsa and no water. The chips and salsa quickly disappeared because there were so many of us. We actually never got water until one of us asked and they brought out one glass with water. I definitely recommend it, but be aware there is a wait time for food.

Wife and I like come here after work when she’s working in the area. Very good food, especially if you like Shrimp. Our favorite is definitely the Camaron al Mojo de Ajo. If you love shrimp and garlic you’ll love it

Absolutely amazing service and food. I’m from Arizona and this place reminded me of my local mariscos spots. I got the caldo de 7 mares and it was absolutely amazing reminded me of my moms cooking. Don’t get me started on the oysters they have. I never had oysters before but trying it the first time here made me fall in love with them 10/10 will come back again!!

Y’all I never review restaurants but Carlos at Camaron Sinaloense is such a magician with seafood that I decided he needs more recognition. The food he makes from Nayarit is the most well-seasoned, delicious shellfish I’ve ever had in Spokane and the ceviche is good, too. Consider supporting both them and your tastebuds by bringing your family and friends to this amazing restaurant.

I loved it. Not busy, good service. Tasted fresh and zingy. I’ll be raving about this food for awhile. Aguachille mixto and the tajin oyster shooters. I died and went to heaven. The kid said the chicken nuggets were top tier as well 🙂

Fresh, fine dining ambience right in the heart of the u district. Knowledgeable wait staff patiently explained the sea food menu and recommended dishes. I got the shrimp tacos. Delicious!!

I’m originally from California where great seafood is everywhere, so when I found out about this place offering Mexican seafood in Spokane, I was excited — finally something close to home. But let me tell you, it was a huge letdown.
The food was bland, lacked any real flavor, and to make it worse, we were served smelly, rotten oysters. Even my kids, who absolutely love seafood, couldn’t eat it. The smell was unbearable — something was definitely off.
Now I’m just hoping none of us get sick from it. I strongly suggest the owners check their seafood inventory and quality before serving it to customers. I really wanted to give a great review, but this is just me being honest. Disappointed. The only thing enjoyable was the waitresses BBL.

Excellent food. Very good service. The only real complaint I have is they cook some of the dishes shell on and don’t pre separate the shells. This causes them to get stuck to the shrimp making it near impossible to separate. If you were to just pull the shell away and let it rest on top, it would solve this issue. Can’t fault the quality or flavor choice. Prices are high, but so is everything. Real close to having a perfect formula.
