Amazing experience! Mike and Kiki were incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. The service at the register was phenomenal, the food came out fast, and it was hand-delivered to our table instead of just calling our name. They checked on us multiple times and made us feel truly cared for.
The restaurant was extremely clean, and the flowers on every table were such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, the level of service was better than many sit-down restaurants. They truly made my day, we’ll definitely be back!

Stopped here for a few shakes after a dinner close by. The place was clean, the service good. The shakes were very good. A lot better than the location near us. Can’t elaborate on any other items.

Chick fila always has the nicest employees. They are so courteous wishing you a happy day and cleaning up your meal for you. Even down to the person who takes your order always in a good mood always so happy. I love coming here just for the positivity. Everyone has to offer. It really makes an impact on your day. This was my first time going through the drive-thru at any Chick-fil-A, so I was unprepared for the young man standing outside to take the order. I initially felt bad that he had to be outside, but they blow hot air on him, so… Anyway, it actually helped the experience because I was able to ask any questions I needed, and he made it easier to order. I removed one star due to a slightly longer wait time, but the chicken deluxe sandwich was moist and juicy. I used Polynesian sauce, which gave it a nice flavor. I ordered the Mac and cheese, which was very good, far better than what KFC sells. It was just under $14 for the meal, which is a bit higher than what I’d like to pay for a fast food meal, but I guess that’s the going price at any of the fast food restaurants these days. The drawback is that they don’t sell fish, which is all hubby eats. Not a place for vegetarians or pescatarians.

I’m sure the food is great, but it’s completely unacceptable to make delivery drivers wait in long lines for orders that are already ready. I got a text saying my order was ready, yet I still had to wait unnecessarily behind cars. This system is poorly managed.This isn’t the first time either…I’ve had multiple encounters with this restaurant, and the experience has been consistently frustrating.
