My fiancé just called about 15 minutes ago to order for delivery and a girl name Amanda answered the phone. After my fiancé told her he wanted to place an order for delivery she responded with a very, long and rude sigh like she was bothered and irritated that she had to take our order. So I told him to just hang up the phone and we ordered elsewhere. If you do not like your job then quit and find something else to do because obviously customer service is not your thing!

Just ordered a NY style pizza and it is by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The whole pizza is wet and soggy like it was never cooked. It is absolutely disgusting. Whoever cooked it needs to fired immediately. I will never order from Pizza hut again and I’d advise everyone to go someplace else!! Save your money!

The pizza sauce was actually pasta sauce and you could tell. The pizzas were disappointing and nasty. The service was slow just to pick the food up. Doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

Just had (07-May-25 in the afternoon) the worst pizza at Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. It seemed it wasn’t fully cooked/baked. Boneless chicken wings were mushy, as well as the chicken in the pizza. Wife got sick from it. Never had such bad pizza from the franchise before.

Usually I enjoy this pizza hut and there service is usually great BUT last night (1/15/25) around 6pm the service was TERRIBLE! I always order carryout and I had one pizza so my interactions are usually quick and smooth but I walk in there’s one person sitting waiting for their order, noone wver came to the front counter. It was 3 workers making Pizzas and literally ignoring myself and two others behind me in line they didn’t even acknowledge us or say anything only kept making the pizzas and looking at the order screens. They could have said ” hello be right there” or something! I was waiting at the counter for 12 mins. Then pete finally came to the counter and waved and I just gave him my name and he eventually gave me my damn order! Smh they suck

Jeremy is Awesome. I remember him from the previous location because he provides the most friendly service that you typically cannot find. Hope Pizza Hut acknowledges the great employee this guy is. Great service and open late. Pizza is so good!!!

I order cheese pizza for the kids and it is by far the worst pizza!!!! Very very, disappointed!!! The kids were vomiting all night!!!! The whole pizza is wet and soggy like it was never cooked. Mikala, the assistant manager gave me a very nice welcome when I walked in. She exemplifies what true customer service is. This experience will result in me driving 25 minutes further to purchase food from her store versus the new one in Dumfries.

The Pizza I ordered was Fantastic. Cooked Perfect. The Staff was Very Friendly, and Kind. I got some extra parmesan cheese packets. I love Pizza Huts pizza Much Better than the other fast food Pizza Shops, By Far.
