I stopped by for lunch and was blown away by how authentic everything tasted. I had the Tamarind Duck, and it was absolutely amazing! The duck was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce that tied everything together. The veggies were fresh and full of flavor — definitely one of my new favorite Thai dishes! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a cozy, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving real Thai food!

Came here for a quick dessert and a drink and was so impressed! The Mango Sticky Rice was absolutely fantastic. The sticky rice was perfectly tender and infused with coconut, and the mango slices were ripe and sweet—a perfect classic.
I also loved the festive atmosphere! The Halloween decorations were a fun touch.

South Side Thai in Wallingford, CT, is truly the best Thai spot in Connecticut, no contest! The flavors burst with boldness, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and every dish is cooked to perfection with generous portions that leave you more than satisfied. Everything here is delicious! You know it’s prepared with an immense amount of love. One of my family’s favorite treats is their huge iced thai tea topped with a thai tea popsicle. It’s wonderful with coconut milk! Don’t miss their Tom Kha soup, especially with tofu. It’s unbelievably flavorful. Leave a little room for dessert. Their fried banana with honey are the perfect way to end your meal. This place is an absolute must experience. You’ll find yourself coming back again and again and telling everyone about it!

Lovely spot if you enjoy authentic tasting Thai food! I ate the Pad See Ew before I had a chance to take a picture of if, but I got a shot of their mango sticky rice. Both tasted amazing with a generous portion to price ratio 10/10 would definitely dine here again

Tried Southside Thai for the first time today and it was a great experience. Very clean and calm atmosphere. My husband got the Khao Soi chicken and loved it. The Thai fried rice was delicious and everything was large portions. We will be back for sure!

The restaurant is under the new management right now! It was a grand opening today! The food is better than ever! Mimi is so lovely and kind. We got some appetizers and main. Basil friedrice is a must try! The ambience boast a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere with traditional Thai decor. Very recommended! If you’re looking for Thai food look no further than South Side!
