I don’t know who owns this smash burger joint, but they did not open this to play around. This spot was opened to take over the burger game in the Bronx. I got the Double Fusion Smash with sweet potatoe fries. Bruh… that burger might be the best I ever had, smashed or not. It was so good, I had it last night and again this morning. They open at 7am and close at 1am. These some crazy hours, but like I said, they didn’t come here to play around.
Pull up and try this burger. They deserve way more business than what they’re getting right now. You’ll have to wait a bit for the food because its fresh. Have some patience. Ima try the Hawaiian Smash next. This is not something I would ever try normally, but I trust these brothas. Come get yourself the best burger in the Bronx. Cheers

Second time here, I was treated to the double stack spicy smash burger! Juicy and not too hot! I prefer the original burger only because you need to be in the mood for the heat, but if you are, it’s a GREAT option, but both are delicious. And the fries are INCREDIBLE, they’re seasoned to perfection.
Not only is the food delicious but the atmosphere and vibes are immaculate. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and cater to your needs. Good people, good food, fair prices.

As I was walking around the neighborhood expecting kfc , I came across this place. It not Kenny fried chicken anymore (tbh thx god, bc that place was awful anyways ), it a new burger spot. I honestly was craving shake shack but didn’t want to travel far, so I said eh why not? initially from the outside it did look close, but I saw a customer inside. As I walk in, I was greeted well and the cashier took my order. I ordered the smashburger( double patty with seasoned French fries , and a vanilla milkshake. It’s honestly really good. I ate the food really fast!, now im scared to keep coming back, I need to be cautious of my diet !! honestly this is a great place,with good customer service and GREAT halah burgers!! No need to travel far for a shake shack when there’s this spot. Give it a try! it worth the money and its affordable . I will be coming back. The only thing I will like to say to the owner, Is that make sure there’s a cashier present on all times because It looks close from the outside, also to update the menu because customers need to know you’re selling milkshakes,and other fees included. such as a double is 2 dollars extra, but besides that,it good.

Rushed in for a shake before breakfast and the service was great. I wasn’t even late. I was told to come back to try the burger and I promised I would for lunch, surely didn’t leave disappointed. I tried the jalapeño burger since it was recommended, added some caramelized onions, and wow. It was great, just what I needed (and I’m picky). 10/10 would recommend. The patty was perfectly smashed with that crispy, caramelized edge, super juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The cheese was melted just right, the bun was soft and fresh, and everything was balanced perfectly. Every bite hit.
On top of that, the staff was friendly and fast. Clean spot, great energy, and real attention to detail.
Brick By Brick definitely deserves that 5.0 rating. If you’re in the Bronx and you love a real smash burger, this is the spot.
