This new spot recently opened, so I decided to check it out with my parents. I’m usually not a big fan of pho, but the one I had completely changed my mind—it was that good! I normally go to OC for pho, but this place is definitely one of the best I’ve tried. I ordered the brisket bowl and parmesan fries, and both were delicious. The service was also excellent, which made the experience even better.

I ordered the Filet Mignon Pho, and it was excellent. The portion was generous, the beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the broth had a deep, clean taste without being greasy. The noodles were also cooked just right.
The price is slightly on the higher side, but considering the quality and taste, it feels reasonable.
One downside is that water and sauces are self-serve, so you’ll need to grab those yourself.
Overall, I definitely recommend this spot. I’d come back again if I’m in the area.

Corona, this new restaurant is filling a niche you didn’t even know was missing… Egg coffee, Ube cream top coffee, Ube cream top matcha latte, Thai tea, and more. Their drinks honestly rival some of the popular ones in Orange County, or, dare I say, are even better. Their Viet coffee is so creamy and strong, and they’ve seriously nailed down the ube cream top.
And you’ve heard of shaken fries, but have you heard of beef belly banh mi fries? They basically invented this dish, and honestly this combo takes it to a whole other level.
And I had to try their famous Beef belly pho which is a family recipe that’s been passed down for 3 generations. Hands down, probably the best pho broth I’ve ever had, and HUGE portions–could literally feed 2 people!
Thanks for reading! ^-^

I ordered the ones over $20 and I find the food for one person is not as satisfying as I expected. The soup was delicious at first but then once you start mixing the flavor changes. Maybe because of the other ingredients mixed in. I ordered the special pho but it didn’t taste special at all. I would stay away from other ingredients that may taste strange. The rare steak was only two very thin slices and it’s not rare. With a total of$26 I’d say the lunch was just okay. However I took it the left over home and to my surprise the soup still tasted good. So I have updated my rating from 3 to 4!

My new favorite restaurant in corona, and hands down the BEST pho in the IE! Super kind folks run this place and everyone we’ve brought here loves the food too. Offering quality bowls like beef belly, filet mignon, and brisket pho AND they have a specialty drink menu with items like strawberry matcha, vietnamese egg cream coffee and thai tea and it’s all SO good sometimes i come in just for the drinks in the morning. The prices SEEM steep but the food portions/quality are just amazing every single time, it really keeps us coming back. You have to check this place out!

Instagram unfortunately got me interested in this place. I got the banana coffee which was not too bad. But the pho made this place lose all credibility. It tasted slightly like wet used rag. Same with my girlfriends pho. Ordered both Filet mignon and beef belly. Also weird how this place doesn’t have brisket. Wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone. They have too many fake reviews here to get people to come.

Service was great, fast and friendly. It’s a bit pricey, but the portions are big. The food tasted good. I just wish that there were more food options. My spouse tends to only eat shrimp pho if available when eating out at pho places so I was a bit disappointed to not see that as an option. Overall it’s okay, I may or may not come again depending on whether other pho places are nearby.

Love that corona got a good pho spot, even though its further down in corona. The pho here is so good, the broth is great. THe banh mi fries are so different but also so good. I dont think i’ve seen banh mi fries before so that’s pretty cool.
Great service, I like that they have a self-serve station so I dont have to wait on anyone.
Tons of parking too!

A good, gentle introduction to pho.
Very attractive and interesting menu, but I just went for the Pho Dac Biet.
Has the basics down decently but with how close Westminster is, I can’t let the low level of aromatics in the broth or the vermicelli quality pass.
