Went in for an online order and the gentleman in a grey polo received my cash payment and did not wash his hands after. Instead he went to the front line to start prepping pizzas. The manager (Jose) very disrespectful, aside from that not able to comprehend the situation and right away thought I wanted free food when it’s the principal behind the situation.

Dominos normally does not disappoint, but I guess there is a first time for everything.
I ordered the chicken alfredo and the dish didn’t have very much sauce, which made the pasta really dry.
The pizza was also ordered with alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce, and it was also dry with little to none of the sauce.
I ordered using the app, but I’m not sure why the Donna location picked up my order if my address is from Weslaco. I guess it’s probably the Donna location that has subpar service.

Ordered online took 20 mins for someone to come to the front and ask if I had been attended and it was the delivery driver who had to tell them i was up front because they were too busy gossiping in the back

Horrible! Took almost an hour and a half to get my order from this location that is one minute from my hotel. Pizza was cold, drinks were warm. The order tracker showed the driver was a minute away for 40 minutes. The driver then called to blame his GPS and when he hung up the order tracker went to delivered when in actuality it was another 10 minutes later. Ordered 3 drinks but he only had 2. He did bring me the third drink proving the location is only a couple minutes away. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any pizza delivery. If you are in Donna, TX avoid the Domino’s here.

I ordered curbside and it was ready at 7:10 and we got there at around 7:15 we parked right at the entrance and put that I was here on the app and there were no customers at that time. They took almost 30 mins before we decided to get off. They didn’t even look at me and completely ignored me one of the workers was just standing around. The manager made the cook come out and give me the pizzas and by that point they were cold. Horrible customer service they didn’t even apologized. If they don’t offer curbside they should say so on the app.
And honestly I’ve always ordered from this dominoes but this time is definitely the last.

I Stopped by Yesterday 6/26/25 little after noon hrs for a carry out order, Manager Should Be More on The Alert side With Their employees.. only 2 Gentleman in the restaurant only.. one of the With Long Hair All over the place.. Cap Not in Place how its suppose to be..
(Hygiene) The other One with Bair hands separating chicken strips to be put in the oven.. I was waiting for one of them to come and ring my order.. The one separating chicken strips comes to charge me . .. & i have to say this… He Had a Bugger Flopping from his Nose While breathing… .. THESE MEN HAVE TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR BEFORE THEY ARE IN THE FOOD FLOOR… BE PRESENTABLE.. & MANAGER HAS TO HAVE A MEETING WITH THOSE EMPLOYEES TO HAVE THEM COMB THEIR HAIR AND HAVE IT UNDER THEIR CAP WHILE AT WORK.. I ordered 3 sandwiches y small pizza. When I arrived I gave the cashier a $100 bill and as soon as she saw the bill she went to talk to another girl and started gossiping to them selves, after a while the cashier came to me and said she didn’t have change. I left to get change and and when I came back once again the same happen but then she came back and said we actually do have change. So they gave me my food and the receipt, except I asked for my original receipt the one that shows how much you gave and the change it shows, but they said they couldn’t give it to me because it was only if I paid card, & my food was all cold and didn’t give me my sides because apparently they didn’t charges them with my order. Horrible bad service.
