I did a mobile order and picked it up in the drive-through And I got everything except my Dr Pepper and she shut the window and reopened it after I sat there for a minute and she said you should have everything are ready that you order than I said I missing a Dr Pepper and she said you didn’t order one and I showed her on the receipt doctor medium Dr Pepper and she kept saying I don’t it’s not on there. It’s not on there and I showed her and then she said OK and shut the window and went and got a pop that And reopened the window and I just said you don’t need to be rude. All I wanted was my drink that I ordered. And she said OK bye and shut the window. You don’t need to be rude to people when they’re just trying to get what they paid for and I was trying to show the receipt and you just kept saying there was no pop on it when it literally says no, it says medium Dr Pepper. Sorry I wanted my drink that I paid for my bad.

Was at the location on 9th st n in great falls the other day and there was the sweetest young man who helped me and my husband.. he gave great suggestions on food and sweet treats.. I can not remember his name but he was tall, bald and covered in tattoos!

I love this place. Good food and friendly staff. As a long time customer, I only gave 4/5 stars because the prices are beginning to become outrageous. $8 for a large cheese curd? I know cheese is like gold but common. Will be interesting when the chains and privately owned go out of business because people cant afford their food anymore.

Arrived at this location to get a cake after an awful experience at the 10th Ave DQ.
Great experience from the start turned my mood around immediately. An employee named Kayliana went above and beyond to get us set up with our cake as well as a lunch order.
As we sat and ate we watched her bounce between customers and coworkers being super helpful and cheerful to all.

I came in to order food for my family $50 worth. My wife’s food was completely wrong, the manager sent the young girl who started a couple days ago to figure out what was going on rather than discussing with us. When the cashier told Abel that it was a #1 dbl that didn’t receive the bacon, he told another cashier to go check the receipt instead of believing the young lady that took the order. A 6 pc chix strip basket comes with 2 sauces we received 1 when asked for the 2nd one the manager, Abel, had an issue with that as well. Shout out to the 2 young ladies at the register, but the poor management on his part needs to be addressed.
