We specialize in Greek and American specialties in a family friendly environment. Our menu has something for everyone! You can get anything from spinach pie to skirt steak, or chicken souvlaki with salad to chicken fingers with fries. There may be plenty fish in the sea, but a lot of them end up our plates because we rotate our specials which include branzino, swordfish, tuna, filet stuffed with crab meat and more! Last but not least don’t forget to try our selection of Greek beer wine and of course our famous sangria!

I made reservations a few days in advance for a large party. They called in the morning to assure my reservation and yet they still had us wait 20 minutes to be seated. This is the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars. They should keep up their reservation purpose and have us seated accordingly in a timely manner.
However, the food was excellent. Large portions perfect for sharing with another individual. Anna our server was extremely helpful, fun and such a joy to be around. It was a shame she couldn’t sit and eat with us. Defintiley ask for Anna, she offers above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere and great food, they just have to keep up with their reservation.

Fantastic place. The food here is so tasty and fresh. Never had a bad meal or an item I disliked. It’s consistently delicious each time. Meats are always cooked beautifully. The soups, sides, and salads are great. Takeout orders are prepared quickly and food is always ready on time when picking up. Staff are very friendly. Opa Grille is a hidden gem on Long Island. Definitely recommend.

Nice dining area – I grew up in queens and all the greek spots served a very authentic greek gyro – the one I had here had no flavor and almost looked like a taco – had no tzatziki inside or spices – the greek traditional salad was just sliced up cucumbers and stale tomatoes with white onion – no oregano olive oil was low grade and poorly dressed and seasoned – feta cheese was low grade as well crumbled feta that you buy from a super market style – fries were standard diner fries not greek fries – the lemon soup was very good – place was very pricey for low quality Americanized greek style food – service was slow as well – ask for Poland spring bottle – didn’t have any only huge bottles of Pelligrino and greek spring water – settled for a can of soda instead – guess it’s a Nassau style greek spot – my Astoria queens and whitestone greek spots spoiled me I guess with authenticity

We ordered a take out from this place. And overall we didn’t have a good experience food and service wise. We ordered around 8 pm over the phone, it was around 9:30 pm we still didn’t have the food so we called them. They forgot our dinner so kitchen never made the food. Anyways they said they will send the order right away. We received the order around 9:50 pm. My order was chicken gyro platter, it was the worst gyro I have ever seen and ate. It was literally frozen and heated up you could tell. If I didn’t order a side for my gyro it would basically just be the frozen chicken gyro. No lettuce or tomato or nothing with it. Other stuff we got also was not good at all. It was a huge disappointment. I am giving two stars because the person on the phone was very apologetic and tried to fix the situation. But the food is
