We stopped by here after snowboarding and it hit the spot!
I got the #1 special with rare steak, lean and fatty brisket, tendons and meatball. They only have one size but the portion size was very generous with lots of meat and noodles. Their pho broth was very rich and flavorful yet still light.
We also got the egg roll appetizer. It was cooked very well and delicious. Crispy with delicious filling.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

Amazing family owned and run restaurant. They welcome you in to their clean and cozy space with the most gracious hospitality. Dining in is a must!! The food is fresh and delicious. Everything we ordered we finished every last bite. We tried three different pho soups, chicken wings, spring rolls and fried rice. We will definitely be back to try more dishes, we left absolutely satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!!

I’ve had the rare steak Pho, fried shrimp, egg rolls, Vietnamese coffee and green tea so far and the food is amazing. The Pho is absolutely addicting and one of the best one I’ve eaten. They do not have alcohol yet but I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be coming back again and again & again. Thanks ☺️

As of the date of this post, it’s the best Vietnamese restaurant in Temecula/ Murrieta. Had my go-to order that I use to compare places (Rare Steak Pho, Shrimp Spring Rolls, and Egg Rolls). For context, I frequent Vietnamese restaurants in Mira Mesa and Kearny Mesa. With this place close by, there’s no need to drive down for good Pho. I can’t wait to try their other menu items.

Sad it’s not closer to where we live! Food was amazing, service was quick and friendly. The shrimp green papaya salad was yummy, had only tried Thai and Lao papaya salad before. The real standout was the pho broth, we slurped it up! Quick stop off the highway that we’ll definitely be returning to.

We absolutely love this place. I prefer it over pho minh because the broth here doesn’t give me a reaction from the MSG like pho Minh does and I like the spring rolls here better as well. I get the #4 – rare steak and lean brisket and it’s always perfectly made. The owner here is so sweet. We’re very happy that it’s close to home and so delicious. I’m a happy repeat customer forsure!

Beautiful ambiance, quick service, AMAZING PHO. I loved my pho tai (rare steak), and I was given the great recommendation to add some of their homemade chili oil in addition to all the regular fixings. So delicious! I’m so full, and I will definitely be back!
