my husband and i ordered food not even 10 minutes ago from them through doordash (not dashers fault). but they (Courtney, who’s name is written on bag) did not put in what we ordered resulting in my husband not getting half of his meal that we payed 15$ for. when we tried to call their phones were “down”. this is ridiculous service. not that hard to put an order together when youre reading a screen that tells you what to put in a bag.

I went through drive through and I ordered a strawberry shake with no whip cream
. The guy added the whip cream and when he realized it was wrong he literally scooped it off the drink ( with some left over cream still
There) didn’t even ask for an apology or didn’t even say that he is gonna make a new one. We pay almost $5 for the shake and if this is how u serve your customers you would be closing you other location too soon .
Have some decency and courage to accept the mistakes bcoz that is okay to make mistakes and correct them and make sure customer is happy .
This is terrible . I regularly visit the DQ to get shakes bcoz I have utmost respect for its owner Mr. Buffet.But I am never coming back again .

Very disappointed in the service here. It’s been bad the last few times we have stopped. Tonight we ordered a burger and a 6 piece chicken basket. We were asked to pull ahead. So we did, we ended up waiting 20 minutes for them to bring us our food. Which consisted of cold French fries, no utensils for the chicken basket, only gave me one ranch for the 6 piece basket, burger was cold and had everything on it when we asked for no tomato/pickle. Just extremely disappointed.

This is the best place in town to get a sweet frozen treat. They had so many different things to order from with is great for my family of picky eaters. 10 out of 10 would recommend going there and trying the New York Cheesecake Blizzard

I normally am not one to post bad reviews, as everyone has a bad day. Employees don’t show up, rude people, etc. I get it. However, my husband and I stopped to have a burger and ice cream. I get it was late, but, it was 8:48 when we were ordering, and I asked if we could still sit in the lobby. I was told that as long as we were done eating by 9:00 as the lobby closes at 9:00, but we could sit at the tables outside. Mind you it WAS STORMING OUTSIDE, I said to the cashier it is storming out and she says yeah we’re supposed to get hail too, but you want us to sit outside. At this point I was just shaking my head, so I just ordered ice cream, but my husband orders a burger meal. We are waiting for his food. I sat down at one of the tables, and I kid you not, the guy was going to the tables reminding people that the lobby closes in 5 minutes. One table got up and left as they were finished anyway. The other table with a couple literally had to get up and leave in the middle of their meal, they left with half their food in their hands. I get the lobby closes at 9, however if you have people in there eating you don’t kick them out!! Lock the door at 9, and let people that were there before 9 finish their food. Plus your store doesn’t close until 10, so no one was working overtime to accommodate the paying customers. I was so very disappointed in the entire visit! I guess we will patronize Culvers instead.
