i got a tender combo and got ocra with it. i asked for a large and did not realize the large was $4 more so i asked to make it medium again. the lady taking my order kept shaking her head at me and was not friendly. i didnt receive the right drink and was going to dine in but didnt because i felt so uncomfortable. as the customer i apologized for her having to do her job because i felt bad for making her press a singular button. thats how unfriendly she was. bonus points. chicken and biscuit was old. will never come back to this location again.

Ordered online for ten people, so it was a big order. Live an hour away. Order was wrong. Called. They instructed me to get a refund when I could go back in. Did that. When I get there, they then tell me no refund since it was an online order. That I picked up from their store. Tell me to contact Churchs Chicken. Thats why im here! Sent feedback on the website as there’s no number for corporate. Never heard back. Wrong food, no refund.

(Based On todays expierience) The chicken was old and dry the okra was burnt and literally empty. When you squeeze the okra, they poppoed because they were hollow. The coleslaw was very cold and limp as tho it had been frozen. I wanted nothing but to inform the manager in charge to avoid more complaints. After explianing, all of that he said it was a lie, i asked for the name and phone number of his boss, he informed me that No one was above him. His exact response was i am as high up as you are going to get! Then slammed tbe phone down. I even offered to send him these pictures instead of posting them here. But that only angered him more.. Tisk tisk

Stopped in for a meal for dinner family of 6 so I ordered 16 piece meal leg and thigh. Mac and cheese and 2 smashed potatoes. 2 large fries large okra. Small coleslaw.
Sides looks like it’s missing a portion. Didn’t recieve fries or okra had to turn back. Side door was locked and not accessible for the disabled. Was provided my items that were missing now wow the customer no apology. Frustrating that they do this to people. I wonder how many people dnt bother going back???

Went to this location today through the drive-thru and sat in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes and was prompted to wait. There was no one in the Drive-Thru in front of us. They never checked back to take order. There was only two cars in parking lot. I’m assuming another location plagued with employees that are too high to know what’s going on. Won’t be back.

That came in today in the drive-through around 7:30 ordered chicken tenders. My chicken tenders where old. They were black in the inside. That’s how old they were and they was cold. Looks like they Had them in the warmer all day will never come back to this location ever again I would like a refund

Me and my child walked in to this location where another customer was complaining to employees About her chicken being too oily while squeezing some pieces showing them
the extra oil. An older employee then grabbed her box of chicken. Started and putting the food that the lady touched back under the heat lab. While the other younger employee kept saying Hey, Tim or Jim. I’m not sure what name he used. I was in complete shock. “Chill out” this order employee was acting as if the place was super busy Even, though it was around five o’clock, it was literally just three customers, I refused to order any food because of what I just witnessed. I then asked for a medium hi-c, While making fun of the way I pronounced the drink. The older guy came back with a Coke. I explained to him I wanted a Hi-C The order employee then yelled at me saying “yeah it’s ice” Another employee then took over and we made my drink. My main concern is that this place mey not be safe to eat at if they are willing to put food back after it was contaminated with a customers. Hands squeezing on the chicken imagine. What do they do with the food It’s left over at the end of the day They are definitely not gonna throw it away. This is concerning set my time to get sick. I’m not sure if this is Is a policy or not but it’s really gross.
