My husband and I are waiting to catch a movie so we decided to grab a pie.. there was maybe 6 people in the building and nobody was in line behind us. This was our 1st time at Blazes and we were happy until I asked the young man for a minute to look since it was our first time. He rolled his eyes and turned away so I asked him wow are you having a bad night so he mumbles he is sorry, moving on to the older man who proceeded to walk over and tell the team member he could not make our dough choice because of an online first. Well we have been in the industry for 30 years and it’s always been done in before online and KDS adjust online order wait times. The young man makes our dough , adds ingredients, ( definitely could have used a whipe down or spot sweep) I asked what do we do now in the process and was met with sarcasm and told now wait. Upon Appearance the pie appeared nice moist even ingredients and even cheese however there was absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Thank God for crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese! When I asked for a seasoning I was directed by a finger point toward an area by the drink machine which also needed a wipe down and was almost empty with minimum Condiments. I asked if they had salt or if we could have some more oregano and I was told no. So nameless to say we will not return. Due to cleanliness and severe lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE we will definitely find somewhere else to enjoy. Might I add our pizza was served with the paper they wrote on underneath it and could’ve probably used 2 to 3 more minutes in the brick oven!

Service is really bad. I bought two pizzas to go– they got orders backwards and made the wrong one well done, then charged for two build your owns instead of a one top and a specialty (I think just out of pure laziness). Employees clearly don’t want to work here or help customers and seem genuinely annoyed when anyone walks in. Lastly, the pizza for me was absolutely DRENCHED in hot sauce when I asked for the drizzle. I think this was a new employee in training but it’s insane that it wasnt fixed and the employee in training wasn’t corrected so the mistake wouldn’t be made in the future. Maybe its time to only do pizza artista instead because it gets worse every time I come here.

The service was great. Got the pizza how I wanted it, and it made just right. The workers were very polite. Build your own pizza with all the toppings for a low price, which is not bad. Definitely be going back and might try a bigger build.

I’ve been to a similar place here in Lafayette many times, so I may be a bit comparative. My wife and I decided to split a pie and a drink/water. I was looking for a “supreme” but settled on a meat lovers with a few additions.
The trainee did a great job under the watchful eye of the rainbow haired trainer. The trainer was patient, pleasant, and taught the process with clear understanding and purpose.
The process was painless. Was a bit loud inside. The oven operator kept yelling HOT when taking pizzas out. I suppose that is part of the station’s duties but was quite loud and was hard to differentiate that with names being called in the same manor.
The pizza was okay at a good price. I’d hoped for more specialty pizzas with more toppings. Will probably stick with PA.

It was our first time at Blaze Pizza and we had a great experience! The pizzas were very good. The staff very friendly and fast. I do like this kind of fast-food concept, it’s even better than Subway.

Delicious! My first time there, and it was great. It’s truly a ‘make your own pizza, and it will be cooked in a fire oven’ place. There is a variety of every pizza topping you can imagine, sauces, meats, cheese, vegetables. Great place for eating in or taking out.

Open fire oven baked pizza hand made to order and served up hot and fresh. I enjoyed the “white top” pizza, this pizza comes with Blaze’s own white sauce (6 cheese blend) arugala, bacon and we added chicken to the pizza, I think there are some other toppings I’m missing on it. The ~$10 pizza easily fed 2 (3 slices each on a 10 inch pizza) and we also had the dough knots with garlic pesto and aoli. I will need to make a few more trips to sample a larger portion of the menu, I think I’ll enjoy the process though. Please like if you found the review helpful! Thank you!

Best pizza ever in Lafayette, I come from Orlando Florida when they have a franchise inside Disney Springs, same flavor, same taste, same experience, absolutely one of my favorite pizza places.
