This used to be a restaurant my friend and I really liked.
Yesterday we went there and ordered the albacore, salad, and avocado . The fish was extremely overcooked , and it tasted like chicken—completely different from what we had experienced before.
Later that evening, both my friend and I had diarrhea after getting home. We believe the fish was not fresh.
It was a very disappointing experience, and we don’t think we will choose this restaurant again in the future！

Ah, some of the best and freshest poke you’ll have around these parts. There’s a reason it’s popular.
There’s a little card to fill out your Poke order around the counter. Do yourself a favor and get a 1/2 and 1/2 if you’re a first timer. A little pricy, but you’re paying for fresh fish, and also being able to eat this with a wonderful view of the ocean.
It’s hard to imagine a better life than eating this in the luxurious Crystal Cove shopping center..

Their fish tacos are pretty good. Try the tomato soup. It’s perfect in a cold sunny cali weather. They are located right across the beach with beautiful views. They have heaters in case it gets chilly.

By far the best Poke I’ve had in California. I won’t lie, service is slow. But other than that, the poke is so flavorful. I would highly recommend the tuna over the salmon. Both are great, but tuna has more flavor, saltiness, and kick to it. Its flavor also isn’t masked by a little mayo (unlike the salmon).

Awesome spot, everything was on point! We tried the grilled artichoke — surprisingly delicious, the tuna bowl — super fresh, grilled shrimp — absolute fire! And the beer cocktail? Let’s just say we didn’t need dessert. Service was quick and super friendly — made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back for more!

Used to be a go to restaurant for us. Last 3 times have been disappointing and it’ll be a long while before we come back. They were out of bread tonight, no big deal, but they gave us chips and a pile of crumbs. Cioppino tasted like sweet and sour soup and NE chowder wasn’t good either. Still waiting for burrito to arrive. Update. Cold burrito arrived 25 minutes later.
