Yet again, get home 10 miles away to realize they messed up my order yet again the receipt clearly says buffalo wings, and yet they get plain wings. This is an ongoing occurrence and no one is held responsible over there so maybe this review will wake somebody up.

I have eaten pizza in Rome and Milan, but these guys really do have much better pizza. I was very surprised by the Pepsi Cola, as it was not watered down like everywhere else, and it did not smell of chlorine. The service was fast. The only thing is that the desserts are a bit overpriced, and the table and chairs where we sat were covered with food scraps. Overall, very tasty and reasonably priced.

We were there for lunch this time. The place has a comfortable atmosphere with friendly service. The food was very good! If you come for dinner for two, you can enjoy a free bottle of white or red wine. Buon Appetito!

The food here is excellent and the portions are pretty generous. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and they run specials that are pretty competitive too. Lots of different types of rolled beads and such, a dessert case with creme brulee and other treats.
Also one of the best plain slices around. I’ve tried almost every shop in the area and this is one of the best tasting.

Okay I had to leave a solid review for these guys. This is the first time in a very long time from a customer service standpoint that they actually called back to confirm a topping. It’s the little things like this that show that they care and they want to make sure the order is correct. They also dug in pretty deep to find the right order that I couldn’t find on slice. She was so nice on the phone and found the football special that fit Us best and she was totally patient with us! Then someone else named Logan who I guess was cooking call to confirm a topping on the order. I’ve eaten at the other two locations and the food is solid so I don’t even need to taste these because I know they’re going to be just as good as the other locations! I miss customer service like this! Thanks!

Not only do I regret leaving a tip for a pick-up order I felt forced to do.. the pizza is flavorless and limp. When I picked it up to carry it out, it felt like there was nothing in the box. It was so light.
Clearly, it’s way too thin. I only ordered a regular large cheese pizza.
And when I came in to order – zero personality – rang me up and walked away.
Customer service these days – zero stars if I could.

We love their food. The cheese steaks are huge and tasty. I just wish orders accuracy was better.
Ordered pick up a few weeks ago and when I got there 30 minutes later they told me it would be a few more minutes. Twenty minutes later I checked again and was told a few minutes. After another 5
minutes I was given my order and it was explained that “the pizza guy made your calzone into a pizza first” so they had to remake it. They offered me the pizza and a bottle of soda to make up for it. Mistakes happen- but that could have been explained to me as I stood inside for almost 30 minutes waiting for my food.
Ordered a cheese steak sub tonight, requested white American cheese. Went to eat the steak and it only had the cheese on it. No lettuce, tomato, onion.
Make sure you check your order before you leave the restaurant to make sure you get what you ordered.

I’ve purchased from this location multiple times and the food has been great sometimes and not so great other times. Pizza has been floppy lately. The location always looks great and clean.
2 year update – truly believe a business is only as good as the employees who represent it. Unfortunately, today’s visit was disappointing and showed a lack of basic customer service.
I ordered a couple of slices of pizza and specifically said I would be eating inside. I sat down and waited, expecting my order to be called or brought to the table. Neither happened. After waiting for some time, I went up to the counter only to find my pizza sitting in a box.
No one checked in, no one called the order, and no effort was made. Experiences like this make you wonder if customer service is still a priority.
