Fantastic service at this location every time I come. The wait is sometimes long, to be expected at a good Dunkin location. I order their sweet tea every visit which tastes fresh and sweet every visit. They also make sure to include bacon on my avocado toast when ordered unlike some other locations which love to “Forget” to add it.

I am no longer coming to this Dunkin location which I don’t love because it is a convenient location. Look at other recent reviews as they reflect the primary issue going on. I have repeatedly had issues going inside to grab a pickup order and it does not need to be this way. You can not just go in and grab your pickup order, they have everything facing towards them so you must ask someone (when available during a busy morning) for your order. I literally pointed to a coffee I could not reach and said I think it was mine and the lady simply said no. Guess who she was handing that same coffee to shortly after? Me. It was my coffee. They have you standing there for an order that is already made because they do not want customers to grab their own things. I think this would be fine if they actually were on top of handing people their orders, but they are not.

Been coming to this dunkin ever since it was built. Hire more people. for the last few months it’s taken more than 30 minutes for me to get 1 drink. today I waited 30 minutes in line, left, and went inside. the people in line said they had been waiting for over 20 minutes. and yes I can see inside there are only 2-3 people working at all times during the day. I refuse to blame the ones who are working there, because it’s not their fault. I was recently unemployed and applied at this particular dunkin well over 5 times. they have hiring signs but obviously arnt hiring. If you guys don’t want more help or don’t want to hire than you should probably shut down the store. this is absolutely ridiculous and i am NOT the only customer who feels this way.

Loved the girls Bri and… i forgot the girl with blonde curls’ name They were so sweet and the drinks we got were delicious. Will be coming here more often, didn’t expect such amazing service and kind workers. As a fast food manager myself, i like to see people with that attitude.

If you’re looking for a donut with frosting. You won’t find it here. They throw 1/2 dozen donuts in a paper bag and ruin them. When brought to their attention they said “ok”.

Ordered a mobile order and we couldn’t find it. We asked the older woman who was “running” the order area and she legitimately screamed at us. Like jarring the entire restaurant yelled. We continued to wait and asked a young lady with red under her hair (again we couldn’t get anyone names) who brought food up and she only said “she has it” pointing at the older woman and walked away. We ended up getting in the car and trying it through the drive thru. We waited over 30 minutes for it and ended up just leaving. Now I am trying to battle to get my money back since it was prepaid for. Terrible service. Worth the 5 minute drive to go to the Bartow location where they are way friendlier.

I’d give a 0 really! I called night before to ask if I needed to order a box of Joe ahead of time , I was told to just order when I get there. I did check app to order but I couldn’t find the box. I ordered inside. There was a young girl with glasses taking orders. I paid at 700 am as my receipt shows. I see this young girl just kept going about fixing mobile orders. Lady ordered after asked for her order and I see they fix her box and that’s when I said hey I’ve been here 20 minutes and she was after me!!!!! I was just late at this point and asked for a refund. Another employee began fixing my box, so I asked young girl if she can get me the cups, cream, etc. she did, but guess what they didn’t give me cream and my box was a mess, dripping coffee everywhere!!! No one at the meeting drank the darn coffee bc no cream!!!!

This Dunkin can be a bit hit or miss. Today the things we got were good. I got the Dunkings box meal with an English muffin cheese and egg white sandwich with hash browns and a medium iced coffee with toasted almond and caramel. The employees got it ready for me quickly. The location is good. The store had a newer open layout. They do charge more money here than at some other Dunkin donuts stores. The store is very nice but the sun comes through the large windows and hurts your eyes. The bagel bites from here are okay as well.
